Overall very easy transaction. Not too long to wait. I was expecting a bit more from the ornaments bag. Probably best you forget about that, it's too small to be useful. I bought a 9ft bag for a 7ft tree in case it didn't fit. But I should've gone with the company recommendations because it would've fitted in easily. I think I was hoping to store the ornaments bag etc all together, but the bag is massive. Not too sure about how heavy duty it is. However, it does the job.

I had no trouble with ordering, easy and arrived when it said would.

From the time I ordered tarp received emails confirming order, details and due date of delivery.
Furthermore also received email updates of the progress of my item.

Great quality materials used but go with actual measurements or just slightly bigger as I've bought two now and the first one fits perfectly with correct measurements but the second one I noticed it said go 1-2 inches bigger than required which is too bog

The cover fits well but I think next time I would reduce my sizes a fraction so it's a more snug fit,other than that a good job.

I liked the custom made fitting but didn't like the fabric. It should be made with lighter material. Too heavy to handle which is not practical.
