We ordered our cover and had a few emails telling us it was being delivered on Dec 22. We waited home all day, nothing arrived. I sent a message via the site asking what the score was, no reply. We are still waiting, no cover and no reply.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with a unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

Website was easy to use. Order handling was efficient. Delivery time was less than original estimate. Covers were nicely made and material used was good quality.
We ordered custom outdoor furniture covers online and the experience was seamless. Our expectations were managed extremely well and everything (including delivery) happened as advised.

Honestly, I was surprised by the quality and speed of Covers and All.
I had a fairly complicated bay window bench seat I wanted custom cushions for, so I had 6 cushions in total made. I made a diagram for the trapezoid shapes on where I wanted the zipper to go.
They got everything right, the shape, the size, the zipper, and the quality feels very, very durable.
The only issues were what 'feel' of the fabric, and the colour. Light sand is more grey, and they feel like heavy-duty outdoor cushions, not the soft fabric cushions I was hoping for.
But given the price, and the delivery only take a couple weeks, I'm overall satisfied.
Found that the cushion covers way too big.
Difficult to do measurements accurately on old cushions and the options of shapes are limited on the website.
Ended up with 9 cushions that are huge and look very ugly on our outdoor setting

We offer fully customized covers in almost any shape and size. While it is difficult to list every possible design, we have provided 14 basic shapes. Additionally, the product page allows you to upload reference pictures of your cushion so that we can customize the fit as closely as possible.
We handcraft each cover closely following the measurements and any instructions provided. Uploading a picture of the article to be covered is encouraged as it may also help us notice any discrepancies in the measurements entered. Regrettably, there are no reference pictures or instructions with your order.
The measurements entered for each cover are listed on your order confirmation email. We request you to check them once again; if you feel any of the sides is the wrong size, please take a picture of the cover clearly showing the incorrect size with a tape measure and email us at feedback@coversandall.com. We will gladly replace it in case we have made an error in fabrication.
Very bad customer service - my order was due to be delivered 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it (and they changed the delivery date once already)! Called them and they guaranteed that it would be here last week but alas, it is not.
Would have gone elsewhere if it wasn't going to be with me well before Christmas. Absolutely shocking!

I thought that when I ordered this table top I was supporting an Australian made company but instead they sub contract it out to India which is not said on there site, if I wanted it made overseas I would have ordered it from over there. I paid for express post but what they didn't say it was snail express, still waiting for the item a week later, and this has nothing to do with blaming Covid, Covid has nothing to do with it.
I can't review if it still hasn't arrived after the provided lead time

This company pretends to be Australian, but is actually in India. Ordered covers tk be delivered 14/12/20 & still not arrived. After calling contact number and being connected to an Indian Call Centre was told item would be delivered by DHL, when I chased again I was told that DHL does not
Deliver to our area and that item would come by Australia Post some time in January. I was offered 10% off my next order due to my complaint. I declined the 10% discount as I will never order from this company again - and would not of ordered in the first place if I had known that I was ordering from India. This company is a scam as it pretends to be from Australia. DO NOT USE!
