If a side has 5 grommets you would expect the middle one would be in the middle and the others would be evenly spaced. Looks liike it was done by the work experience kid.

Upon checking the order, as we can see the grommet should be spaced approximately at 24". Grommets will start from the one edge, spaced every 24" and the last edges grommets will depend upon the product size and will adjust accordingly.
