Generally the quality of sewing was good too. However the ‘ties' and zips weren't aligned to be at the back of the cushions, so now I have some Zips on the side and some at the back. Also on the fabric which joins the top and base of the cushion, there were seams/joins in the fabric (which I understand to utilise the fabric efficiently is more cost effective, joins are acceptable) however these joins could have been put on a corner, not 3/4 along the front of the cushion.
Had I bought these in a store I would have returned them. Just something I believe you should update your seamstresses on.

Different from what some reviews said, I was really well served since day one. Customer service was really attentive and followed up on each of my enquires. The products also offer great quality. They were all made exactly as requested and fit perfectly well. The fabric we chose seems to be the best option as it's water proof.

Hi Alethea, thank you for your review, We would like to clarify that the pockets which you are mentioning are air vents that are sewn so that mold and mild dew does not occur when the article is covered, these air pockets are as per our standard design process, which are specifically placed to improve the breathability of the covers.
