Overall very happy
Delivery was very quick and item was well made. Only problem was when I received it I realised it wouldn't do what I needed-my fault, I didn't think things through enough before irdering.
Really happy with the two covers provided and the service throughout. After sending initial dimensions and photos I really appreciated the follow up questions and sketches, clearly showed you were looking at details and shows in the fit now

I am disappointed in the defect in the product and do not know how it can be rectified given the product is so large and heavy and I was waiting anxiously to receive it because of the unreliable weather in Melbourne, hence urgently needing the cover.

The cover is good quality but a little big for my smoker. I was hoping for a snugger fit. Nonetheless it will serve the purpose.
