Had built a custom sized outdoor spa which I wanted covered for winter. The website was easy to use to enter in the dimensions and smooth payment process. The cover was made and received in approx 1 week which is amazing. Fitment is absolutley perfect and the quality of the material is exactly what I was after. Very satisfied, thanks team!

From the information alluded to on the site I interpreted that the order would be the cushion covers AND cushion inserts. But only received cushion covers - useless without cushion inserts the same size.
Took a while to get measurements communicated to suit everyone, but finally sorted.

We bought wicker chairs for our patio and liked them so much that I brought up to my uncovered balcony - so I googles and found Covers and All and bought two chair covers with elastic bottoms so I just have to quickly put them on when it. Looks like rain. It was easy to measure and the. Overs are perfect. I also live in a windy area and the covers have stayed on ao far…..

I appreciated being able to communicate with someone with queries of sizing. The cover is very strong and fits well. My only suggestion would be to have the elastic in the corners put all the way round the cover as it would sit better on the table. Excellent product though.

Upon checking the order details, we can see that you have just placed an order for the cushion covers and we have fabricated the cover the same as ordered. As per the order record, the product has been delivered 2 days before the actual delivery date.
