Like the covers but disappointed in the website that was very jumpy and returned to original page that had a wrong colour. I rang after ordering and changed but they still sent the order that was on the page. Cost more money to replace the wrong colour ones no proof of phone call!

I can not fathom the lack of scruples by this company who have refused to refund, nor provide my product. They haven't called to assess the situation, they simply don't care I'm out of pocket $710 with no product. I have had to contact the ACCC just to get action on the matter. I have spent every day on the phone trying to sort it out, they don't even call back. I have never so devalued as a customer in my life. I provided proof that their courier messed up they have ignored it and have ignored my emails.

Very useful means of calculating a custom cover. Great service and communication and the quality of the cover is very good.
The bench cover and insert was made to measure and fits perfectly. I will be ordering another cushion and insert for another chair in the future. Thank you so much.
Very happy with the cover for our firewood holder. They were very helpful as initially I selected the wrong cover option but the customer service person was helpful and the changes were easily made. Received a photo of a mock up version of the cover to check measurements before final product was made. Fits perfectly.

Upon checking the order details we can certainly understand your concern. However we have manufactured and shipped out the cover same as ordered. Also, we are unable to find any call details regards to changing the material color of the previous order from your registered contact details. We can understand that the production facility is in a different country, however we use the same system to process the order. Also, customer needs to change the order details within 2 hours of order placement via call or chat. The same is mentioned on the order confirmation.
