TNT use a Local newsagent if we are not home at delivery time (and there is not an option to leave in a safe place at home. The newsagent they use is rarely open and so it took many visits to collect the order. Recommend using a different courier/delivery system.

The cover arrived on schedule and fitted the heater as specified - if rather snug. It is good-looking and appears to be waterproof as claimed.

Ordering was easy. Product arrived very well packed to prevent damage. Lead time was given at two to three weeks. Email received when product was ready for shipment. Sent by FedEx. Goods arrived in two weeks. Tracking meant I knew when to expect the
