We are so happy with the custom cover we had made for our outdoor copper bathtub. The measurements are spot on, the cover fits perfectly. They sent a diagram with clear measurements before they put the order through for us to approve.
The quality looks very good as well. Have only had it on for 1 week but so far so good.
Customer service these days is almost non existent but this company has still got it! The turnover time was also very quick.

It was super easy to choose the type of cover I was after. It fits my chimnea perfectly and is well constructed in a durable material - looks good too. I chose the blue/ grey color. The whole process was seamless and order packed carefully - shipped quickly too.

My experience was good. They try hard to get the product right for the customer and my items were well made and reasonably priced. My particular cushions were tricky to get the measurements right and the covers turned out to be too large, but they are still okay (better than too small), and this was not really the fault of the seller. I would use the service again.
Having never used this site before I found it to be very easy to use and the explanation provided for the measurements was clear and precise. We were very happy with the product that arrived within a very prompt time. Overall very satisfied with this experience of shopping online which is not usually something I would do.

I ordered one cushion cover, excellent quality. Length was wrong but that was my fault. I measured it incorrectly. I just ordered 12 more for my 12 seater outdoor setting
Zippers were in the incorrect spot…. Website is quite difficult to follow. When I contacted C & A their response was pretty much tough luck, that's what you ordered…. Covers are ok and fit well but zippers show on all 10 cushions so not great to look at
