Had a lot of trouble finding a suitable BBQ cover, so finding Covers & All was the best thing! Picture showed exactly what you would get, with sizing suggestions as well as customised options. Most of the ones in shops were black, so it was fabulous to have a choice of colour and the charcoal we chose suits the backyard very well.
I bought this for my Son-in-law for his birthday. He said that it fits perfectly and looks great. He is very happy with it.

The courier rang my apartment doorbell. Before I could even get to it, to answer, the courier had left. FedEx did not notify me of the unsuccessful delivery. It was up to Covers & All to notify me with an email. This was on Monday 3 March 2025.
Due to the closure of all services in South East QLD from Wed onwards due to the approaching cyclone Alfred, I contacted Fed Ex today, Tuesday 11 March, whereby I spoke to an agent to see if Fed Ex could re deliver or send it to a collection post nearby. The response was that their computers have not been updated and that they have no knowledge of where the product was.
I received an email from Fed Ex a few hours later to notify me that the product had been returned to their distribution centre in Redbank, Brisbane. No indication of when they intend to re deliver the product nor any indication that they may deliver to a collection point.
Compare and contrast this to using Aus Post as your courier. If an unsuccessful deliuvery is made, I am abl to collect it at my nearest post office in 24 hours time.
To summarise, I am yet to receive the product and have not received the courier service from Fed Ex.

Only the front of the cover can be rolled up, with the other 3 sides now having to remain down to enclose the space. I now have to find someone with an industrial sewing machine to put in the other 2 zippers.

Designer came back to me a number of times to ensure measurements were correct and very happy with the product ….cover fits perfectly and should be robust enough for the front of our caravan.

The covers I ordered were delivered almost a week faster than expected, they fit the cushion inners perfectly & the fabric used feels great.

I had a complex and tricky custom cover that required detailed communication. A representative ensured we were on track and was exceedingly patient as we confirmed details. The quality and material of tghe cushion is good, but I was expecting cotton rather than synthetic. It has the feel of an "outdoor" cushion.
