The whole process was simple. Online ordering was a breeze, with plenty of handy reference material on the site. We received some questions from the production team about colours and logo placement, however this was good communication aimed at providing us with the perfect product. Once the table top cover had been produced we were sent a message to advise it was being shipped - and it reached us rapidly.
We love our new table cover, and having a logo printed on it is the finishing touch!

We received a very well made spa cover, that has been designed perfectly to fit our new Vortex spa. It was a super fast turnaround time to make the spa cover and ship it to our address. The attention to detail with the spa cover design was fantastic. Went back and forth a couple of times with the designer to get the spa cover size and shape just right. Please take the time to measure everything probably and communicate clearly any adjustments you need made to a cover via measurements and photos and you should receive the end product that you want. Well done.
I order the tart for my patio, received it quickly. The tarps hung for 3 months and started to tear everywhere. I contacted the customer care department, they opened a ticket so I can get pictures. Before I could have taken the pictures (24 hours passed) they closed the ticket and emailed me to start over. That being said, it took 1 hour to open the original ticket.
