Ordered two clear roller Banks one was okay the other was damaged as shown in the photograph. I provided all the extra information they asked for and I've not heard anything back since don't know what to do.

The whole process was excellent. The product was top quality, maybe too good for the simple job required of it but I'm hoping that the impression I've got on receipt of the goods will last long term. Cover was brilliant. Just what I wanted. Fitted perfectly over the heat pumps. The only criticism was the courier UPS. They gave inaccurate times of delivery and when the courier actually arrived at a totally different time than was said, he just said UPS delivery times are completely unreliable. You'd do better to use DPD or a local company like Yodel.

Would recommend these custom made covers as they fit like a glove after the designers took time to go round every possible dimension with me. Just took a while to come, but am very pleased with them. Though they are expensive compared to an off the peg item I feel they are worth it for the fit and quality.

Excellent service from this company. The product is very well made and when it had been delivered to the wrong address by fedex the customer services response was very quick and the issue soon got resolved

I am not sure if I will order again as my trust is gone. I really dont understand what happened and why I received completely the wrong product. I am very sad as I was really looking forward to getting nice cushion covers for my outdoor sofa.

I hope I have ordered zips for all the cushion covers. It's a little misleading, not quite as clear as it could be. This sentance I wrote at the beginning of the process it shows how confusing the whole process is. Product sewing is very poor the inner edges are not finished this causes fraying, cost escalated for me two and a half times the original quote. The correspondence was extremely poor and not clear. When I asked for clarification the same email was sent that did not make any sense. The piping a five year old could make a better job.
