I have had a lot of trouble with the placement of the order. It would get to the last step but not be completed. After changing computers I was finally able to get it to work. I will need to see the overs before I will recommend to a friend. UPDATE: Now that I have them on my cushions, I can say that they are beautiful, sturdy and a great refresh for my yard furniture. I will certainly recommend them to friends and have already ordered more for myself!

Surprised and amazed at the quality of the cover I ordered. Buying online sometimes can be a gamble. The quality of the material, the accuracy of the construction, the time it took to get to me was more than I expected. The website was easy to order on. The site was very easy to navigate. The customer service reps were very helpful. The issue I have is with the delivery service the company uses. They are not very reliable. Products are good. Therefore, company should look for a more reliable delivery service for customers. Especially customers that pay for premium delivery service.

Great experience although some need to be patient with the review and approval process. I come from a construction background and understand a shop drawing approval process, which this mimics. Their team made some adjustments based on photos I provided so I highly recommend people include photos so it is a better overall template.
Very helpful phone support when ordering and it appears to be well made. We ordered it to add to our standing structure for a winter enclosure for our swim spa. Can't wait to see it all together
