I Love the product. I don't enjoy sewing so this was perfect. I was nervous that I didn't have my measurements right but it worked out great. I gave an extra inch for the height since the cushions fold for the bottom and back cushions. On the swing. I ordered one large cover since my swing cushions are attached at the center.

I got my pergola cover in white, which came with a "free gift" of 3 blue zipper bags. Unfortunately the blue dye bags stained the inside of my pergola cover which is very unsightly.
I was impressed with how well the cover fit, but I am overall disappointed with my purchase due to the staining. So far customer service has not been helpful, however I'm hoping we can come to a resolution.
We were looking for a simple, low cost way to add privacy on our deck using our existing pergola. The tarps worked perfectly. We are glad we made this choice.

My loveseat cover was not wide enough and i called to get it rectified but was told sucks to be you and they aren,t doing anything about it once they have your money they don,t care tried emailing 5 times nobody responded save your money and go elsewhere you go anywhere else there is customer satisfaction or return policies not this company buyer beware

I ordered online 14 custom cushion covers. 12 days later they were delivered as expected. Quality looks good. I would recommend this service.
I purchased a cover for my new BBQ on mars 9,2023.
When i placed the order i provided the measurements as instructed on the website, checking carefully that they were correct. I also provided a dimension drawing from the BBQ manufacturer.
I received the cover it fits perfectly except that the cover was 5 inches too long. Several inches rest on the floor preventing to roll the BBQ.
I contacted support and went through a long painful exchange of emails that never addressed the issue. The representative kept telling me that there were no manufacturing errors. The cover was built as specified… He could not explain why it is 5 inches too long…. I buy a lot of stuff online. This is by far the worst customer experience i have ever had.
Support the completely useless.
The only solution he provided was to order a new one with a 15% discount.
The solution was to have 5 inches cut all around the bottom. Which i had done at a local shop.
This fixed the issue and now it fits perfectly. That cost me $50.

I had several additional exchange of emails after posting my bad review. I cant understand how they can pretend to have fabricated my cover to the specifications provided, as obviously the pictures demonstrate clearly it was 5 inches too long. It took a while and perseverance but they finally accepted to refund me the $50 it cost me to fix their problem.
It is probable that the bad review posted here finally got to someone who could help. Thanks Stella.
Buyer beware when ordering a BBQ cover, please make sure you provide additional instructions as the measurements you provide may not be enough to get what you want…
