All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have begun showing improvement in the last few weeks. As promised, we have already refunded the shipping charges and 20% of the product cost due to this inconvenience.
It seems the second product on your order was misplaced / lost. Per your conversation with our support team we have shipped a replacement. We see on the DHL tracking site that it was delivered on 1 February and trust everything is in order now.
