I signed up for a 14 day trial for $1.89. After that I called to cancel my trial so I don't get charged any more money, the girl claims to have cancelled my account and then 5 minutes later I get an email saying " Thank you for your MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, you will be charged $3 every month" I called again, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Never again will I sign up for anything with this company cause its a huge scam and they lie to their customers. I was told my account was cancelled but in reality I was signed up for $3 a month subscription.

I wish that it would be CLEAR that your templates to help were NOT FREE. There are many out there that are and I would have chosen them. I just felt it was a bit deceiving and I took just over and hour working on a cover letter. Without any notice or warning, except for some probably extremely small writing, I have been getting charged $20.00 a month for this service in which I'm not even using! You get charged at all different dates and times and I was even charged TWICE in February! When I canceled my subscription, I was sent an email saying I could contact Customer Service any time from 6 AM - 12 Midnight EST. Lie. I called the number and could not reach anyone. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto emails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/Spam folder. Please, be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.
