I would have liked to see more options in the suggestions and there is always room for improvement with any site for example, "Dear Hiring manager" versus having a suggestion for "Dear Sir or Madam" would help tremendously.

Same as everyone else's story. Scammed into paying $20 to a service that was not stated or advertised. Contacting them through email they said that I didn't cancel my "free" trial (5days) soon enough and I chose the automatic renewal... they charged me on day THREE! Can't get my money back.
