Called customer service because i could not locate the cover letter i had saved the previous day, I needed to print it but could not locate it, was told to call back tomorrow for help. Hour are from 8am to 8pm I called at 4pm Dallas Tx. Time. I cancelled my subscription. Luckily i had a rough graph of the letter. Site is unstable

I loved that it got me going on how do set up my cover letter. However, I had to call support after paying for the trial that I though was a free trial. I wasn't prompted to pay until I finished my cover letter. After calling support and accessing my cover letter, I found formatting errors such as the margins were not the same from right to left and I wanted to change to font size and I couldn't even get this fixed after importing it into Word 2010. I will not renew this on a monthly basis.

The prompts were great, and the options that were given. I just had a hard time at the end accessing the document. Also, I did need a résumé because I already had one. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I was not clear on the payment it said that I would get a monthly bill of $14.99. However it did not. I was not clear on if I got a job within one month if I would still need to be committed to that. Please direct me on where I can find that information.

It said free but then i get to then end and its not free but it was so easy to use i still decided to pay but i will most likely be cancleing as soon as i get this cover letter i think you guys should have an option for a one time use fee like 5 bucks for the one cover letter or something like that even if it was 10 bucks but 25 dollars a month seeme like a lot for a service no one would hopefully have to use to often.

I was baited with the lure that the cover letter was free and then after I created the document I was informed there is a fee. The process of creating the form was great, if it wasn't for the deception I would have given you a 5 star rating.

I clicked on the promo that was going on at the moment, which was 7 dollars for a month. Then next thing I know I was charged for a year. That wasn't what I was intending to go with but now I have no choice. I just felt manipulated.

It would've been nice to be told that i had to pay before i spent an hour creating a cover letter, that's the only reason i paid was because i was desperate, if i'd known i had to pay before i made one i wouldn't have made a cover letter

For a formal letter should not use contractions.
"I'm" "I've" is not satisfactory for formal letter. Should offer I am and I have and then from that position clients can change to the conteracted language.

I definentley got scammed with the $39 charge but also my own fault for not reading fine print. However, when calling to see if I could get a refund since I never used it custome service rep Enrique was so nice and kind and gave me a full refund. Great costumer service just make sure to read the fine print.

The resume conversion over into your system wasn't the best. I understand that systems differ, but I chose this platform so that I wouldn't have to do unnecessary editing and correcting. I still haven't finished editing my resume, correcting the lines, etc.

Had to get a new debit card thanks to the Cover Letter Now scam AND the ResumeGenius scam. ResumeGenius has the same questionable ethics as Cover Letter Now. Be sure to avoid them too! Stop stealing peoples' money!
