The resource was great and extremely helpful. BUT the monthly cost of services after the trial date are overpriced. I would suggest cutting down to $9.99 a month. You're more likely to keep customers and it feels less like a gemic. The usefulness would appeal more to a money-conscious job-hunting demographic if the price wasn't more than most people are willing to pay for a monthly gym membership.
First of all, it says FREE. It is not free. They charge $1.95 for a service that doesn't work. I created a cover letter, but did not GET the letter. Couldn't download or print without calling customer service. THEN, they charged an additional unauthorized $19.95 after I canceled the account! I called to get a refund and they said to wait for an email 24-48 hours. No good!

I clicked on this link because I thought it said it was free. The process itself helped me make a cover letter quickly and professionally, but was surprised that they weren't upfront about the cost. I went ahead and paid since it is a low cost and good experience, but felt it was a bit of a bait and switch.

I used this service to write a cover letter for a potential job. Found the site on google. Was super easy to use, and once I created my letter and downloaded it, I used the live chat to cancel it so that I would not be charged in 14 days. The live chat agent, Limny, was very efficient, and cancelled the account within a few minutes. I was very pleased and would use the service again! Well worth the 1.95 I spent today.

I was able to create a good cover letter and didn't realize that it wasn't going to automatically cancel after the trial. I was billed for the next month, but called and the lady was very nice, and helpful in cancelling the account for me. The monthly fee is too high and she asked didn't I want to keep it. But after getting a job, why would I want a keep an account to write cover letters. I would say that overall, it was a good service and great customer service.

FYI, the positive reviews are from the service and not from customers. Photos of customers praising this scam site appear to be stock photos of people and others are " office/ business related stock images." Terms and conditions weren't clear about the billing after initial 2 weeks. Saw the charge and cancelled and asked for a refund... I'm on my 3rd email to a rep. I'm more than likely going to file a complaint with the BBB of this crap doesn't get resolved soon. Don't waste your time here!

I was very happy about all the tips they give on the right side of your resume. They gave very useful phrases to use on my resume. But when I downloaded it as a Word doc. I decided to make a few more tweeks and I deleted a couple of bullet-pointed entry's, but the bullet-points stayed and I couldn't delete them. I had to call into Customer Service and get a manager on the phone who downloaded my resume and took off all of my bullet points and emailed to me. Then I had to work an extra half hour, putting the bullet points back in.
Then decided to give the Cover Letter section a try. It seemed to grab a job from my area and only gave 3 sentences on my cover letter. I didn't want THAT job, but couldn't figure out why it inserted there and couldn't take it off. I would have wanted a generic cover. So I only stayed for the 14 day trial.

I paid for the 14 day access but i couldn't print my cover letter without signing up for the monthly access. I not sure what you type of bait and switch you are pulling but i am seriously thinking of contact my state attorney general...

The whole process was very easy, but when I tried the "gap in employement" section, there was no option available for current role was not a fit because the company re-organized prior to my start date and the new role was not the one I applied for.

I used the live chat to contact them, and Linmy explained that I signed up for a 14-day trial, which turns into a monthly payment. They quickly refunded me and canceled my subscription. I honestly thought it was a long shot that they would refund it, since it was my own error. Great customer service!

Once I was able to connect with someone who didn't hang up on me I dealt with Isela Rojas who was very helpful. I dealt also with a "Jeff" or Geoff yesterday who would just hang up on me as soon as i said I wanted to cancel. Only when I said the word cancel, it was like, oh bad connection and then hang up on me. Btw, there was no bad connection and this is terrible to do a customer. I sure hope Geoff has not been trained to do theis as some type of training / stalling tactic. In any event I need to cancel and cant get through now. Please call me at *******424
