The website clearly stated free when I went to click on it, but does not have any free option to feasibly use the cover letter or even copy it anywhere else. What is the point of a cover letter if you cannot copy it, download it, or send it anywhere? The only free part is the part where you can create it for only you to look at.
The cover letter building process was a breeze, but I was under the impression that I was paying $2.85 and would have access to create additional cover letters for 14 days (2 weeks), and that would be that. After I put my card information in, I was provided with a confirmation letter stating on October 14,2023 my card will be billed for an additional $23.85 to renew my subscription. I do not wish for my subscription to be renewed, or for my debit card to be re-billed.

When i found you online it said it your service was free. But when I finished my cover letter, I was taken to screen that gave me the fees that you charged. I spent all this time perfecting my letter and couldn't download or e-mail it without paying fee. Everyone be warned that there is a monthly charged after you pay what I thought was a one time fee. Now i have to find out how to cancel this thing.

I have had a positive experience, I would just like to have the ability to be able to move what is on the bottom of the first page to the next so when I print it out it looks right. I have not been able to find a way to format my pages in a satisfactory way. (this goes for my resume, specifically)

I got charged for a subscription I do not want or remembering signing up for. I was under the impression that the small charge I received for one document was the only charge. Very sneaky. I would like a refund.

Rather sneaky move to say it is a free builder and the only way you can download, print, or email it is by subscribing. However it is a good cover letter builder and it is pretty cheap to subscribe. I thought about making an effort to screen shot the finished letter and retype it in a word document, but my conscience would have been guilty and I would feel like that is theft

So far it has been easy to use the site to build a cover letter. I just didn't like that you are told at the very end of creating the letter that you are charged in order to have access to the cover letter.

I was pleased with the program until I finished paying $1.95 for a 14 day trial. Once I submitted payment, I noticed I was also charged $9.95 for Professional Resume Review, which I did not select. I immediately contacted customer service. Ener, the representative that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the issue. He sent me an email to confirm that my subscription had been cancelled and a credit would be issued within a couple of days. He also emailed me attachemnts of my cover letter because it would not download from the site. He was very kind and understanding of my frustration. Ener deserves a raise! :) The cover letter templates were just what I was looking for. I will be watching my bank account for the reimbursement.

Seem to be very user-friendly. I like the way it operates. The only problem I had was when I sent it to another email and I was unable to print it From another email to their printer my printer does not work. So I had to use someone else's I still do not have a printed copy
