They literally just yes you to death with no resolution to the problem. Had a terrible time ordering. Said the dress was in stock let me go through with the purchase after I called to make sure then waited a whole three days to tell me by email, not even a phone call that the dress was no longer available. Didnt even give me the option to pre order it. I was returning another dress for this dress and they decided they wouldnt give me store credit and instead gave me a monetary refund with a 20% fee as well as added charges for a dress that was sent immediately back in the condition I received it in. Comepletely dissatisfied. Theyre trying hard to seem professional but truly fall short. Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would. If your unsure about ordering a dress because of size or style do not order from them. I would have been better off not returning it and selling it myself.
I ordered a mother of the bride dress for my daughters wedding a month away the order was canceled I found the same dress on amazon cheaper and got it the next day. My dress cancelled without my knowledge or being informed, after an hour on the phone I was told it was unavailable one day after ordering it with a human. I found it on amazon and got it in time go elsewhere to search for your dress this company is not reliable and you cannot get through to speak with anyone. Buyer beware

My wife was having dificulty selecting her size, but the rep she spoke with knows her stuff. Dress arrived 6 days after purchased. Sweet deal!, Will definitely purchase from this store again on our next vacation in the US.
There dresses run small so obviously I ordered larger sizes. I ordered multiple to see which was best. I ended up returning all since they ran very small and they refused to give me a refund. The only gave me a credit for 75% of my purchases and if I do not use the credit within 6 months I lose it all together. I had $500 in original purchases. I can not wear any of their items and now I just lost $500.00 and have nothing to show for it. This is a horrible company and would never in a million years recommend them to anyone!
Still waiting on $558 credit couture candy keeps saying a 3rd party is involved. Ready to take Legal Action.,

The shopping experience was great until I kept getting calls to leave a review - multiple requests to leave a review in the same day is aggressive, frustrating, and took away from the otherwise easy shopping experience.
I saw this in an ad, found the web site, placed my order. I did get a confirmation of shipping as quickly as I expected so I contacted customer service via email. The message was replied to promptly and I was informed this bracelet was a custom order so I was able to adjust the bracelet length and I am very pleased with the product.
