Called about a dress that was on sale for 1/2 the cost of the same dress that was listed on their site for regular price. Customer service claims they are different dresses. But one is 216 and the other 495. Would not work with me on getting the sale price. Sad that they won't meet their own prices lol.

From choosing what dress to buy for my bestfriend's wedding to actually receiving the dress was very easy. They helped choose the perfect dress while considering my favorite color and appropriate design. The quality of the dress is superb and exceeded my expectations as an online buyer. The dress does not look like in the picture on the website. The size is off and runs big around bust area.

They take your money and then can't deliver the dress! My daughters wedding is in 24 days. I ordered April 4th and they keep telling me they have forwarded my response to their team and will get back with me. They never do until I contact them again. Meanwhile. They have my money and they will not refund me even with no idea when I can get the dress!

Horrible, unsatisfactory, and costly experience. Several policies were referenced to justify sending me a dress in the wrong size and not in new condition without a refund or exchange. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the overall experience. In addition the customer service agents are foreign and hard to communicate with.

I ordered a full price dress on 3/3. Received dress on 3/8. Was not right and I returned 3/9 and they received 3/10. To return I was required to provide photos of dress and ship at my own expense. If not received within 5 days I would be penalized. I requested refund. Instead received note that I had a credit that was good for 6 months. The credit was $59 less than the total cost of dress and postage!
I have contacted credit card company and they advised couture candy is in violation of their own policies. Once they get a sale. They don't let go. I would highly recommend YOU DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered a dress. It came and was not high quality or flattering at all. I am trying to return it but you need some authorization and I have yet to have my request for it answered. And the products need to be returned within a certain time frame or they take money off.

I'm never sure about online sites but there were tons of good reviews and the dress was cheaper than another site. Their processing was fast and my order shipped the next day, and I got it within the next few days. I was impressed!

I ordered a very nice and expensive ($530) dress for my daughters wedding. My seamstress said she was not able todo the work needed for less than $400. I returned the dress and they gave me store credit. Fair enough but I had to pay $58 to return the dress plus they charged me shipping for sending the dress back. So far I am out $96, even tho I only wanted an exchange. Now, they do not have my size in the dress I want, but hey will not give me my money back or even let me return the exchange if my seamstress can not alter to my size. I would NEVER recommend purchasing a dress from this company. For just $50 more I could have purchased the dress locally and have not problem with returns. Most of the time it is not worth the extra saving to order from a site that has this kind of policy.

Easy ordering and shipping and beautiful clothes online experience was great

It is difficult to make purchases online when stores only allow store credits and do not offer refunds. I must have misread the return instructions or I would not have ordered a dress to receive a store credit.
