I love saving money on Coupon Cabin, it is really great. I was skeptical when I first saw the site, but I tried it anyway. I recently got my first check for my cash back and I will be getting another one soon! It's easy to use, if you get one of the deals all you have to do is follow the rules that they give you. Some deals have exclusions, so just pay attention to those guidelines and the basic rules, you will get paid on the date that they give you!

Their "response" to my review was the same, exact terrible canned response they gave me via email from their "vice president" (sure...). Except I have the email proof from stubhub which verifies what they are saying is not true and that my cashback was removed for no reason. I'm certain that this is just a cost-saving measure for them, and seeing that they have no appeals process you essentially have to be willing to go through their TOS and arbitrate it, take it to small claims or bring in a lawyer. If they do this to enough people it likely adds up to tens of thousands (or more) per year, so it's no wonder why they do it. I stopped using coupon cabin and have started the process of reaching out to some lawyers to see if this has legs for a class action, I'm certain that I'm not alone here.
They took away $30 cash back I earned from a stubhub purchase and gave me a list of excuses (reasons). I contacted stubhubs executive offices directly who then explained exactly why what coupon cabin was saying didnt make any sense. Dishonest garbage and from that day on I stopped using coupon cabin. If theyre not the target of a class-action lawsuit yet Im sure its only a matter of time.

Everything was fine when I was receiving a few dollars here and there. Then I was "1 of 8 people" that got the $100 cash back from spending $100 at Kohls. I did exactly what was expected and after a week of my purchase I inquired about my cash back and they told me that they had a problem if I could please send my order info. I did immediately and then they said it was under investigation. They told me Kohl's showed multiple orders shipped which doesn't qualify it. I attached the order to my email showing the complete order shipped. Then they told me it would take 30,60 or up to 90 days to receive a response from Kohls (they just told me they did) I already knew they were scamming me because I received the 1% cash back in my account for the $101 that I spent so I knew they had verified that I spent my $100 at Kohl's. After emailing them again, telling them that it's now over 30 days of dealing with this that I would only wait another week for this to be rectified otherwise I would return my order to Kohl's so they wouldn't be able to keep my $100 reward. A week after this last communication I returned products to Kohls, emailed Coupon Cabin and supplied them this info and told them to deactivate my account. They told me they don't operate in this manner and and that they now wouldn't be getting the commission either. When it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
Seems like a good deal but I haven't gotten my refund yet. Takes more then a month. Almost 2. I will have a better review when that happens.

Yes, I have received lots of $$$ back, and when an issue arose, they worked very hard to resolve it. I feel their customer service has been tops. It is true, you may need to wait longer than you wanted to receive your funds, but it is NOT the fault of this company. They are dependent on when the merchant pays them! Keep this in mind before you criticize!
Coupon cabin offers a simple cash back method for ordinary purchases. Using the installed CC "side kick" extension bar, it is easy to search for available rebates before a purchase is made. Then, simply send a pic of the receipt to earn the credit. Credits are paid out by check. Let the rebate totals accumulate to desired amount for the check... Cha-ching!

Answer: Amazon purchases will not count toward earning "cash back" rewards. However, sometimes there are special coupons or codes that can be applied to Amazon purchases, and you can redeem your cash back rewards toward an Amazon gift card instead of actual cash at a higher rate of exchange so your earned points go further. I love that option.
Answer: I purchased 75$ from jcpenny after i won offer and eas directed to jcpenney made my purchase according to rules and did not get check back. Also if you question any of their practices they deactivate you. Horrible customer service
