I had a pretty substantial issue with cash back. CouponCabin never left me in the dark. When the issue was resolved, they were gracious enough to apologize even though the issue wasn't their fault. It's nice not having to wait so long for cash back payments.
I really love this site. I do 95% of my shopping online because I really don't like to shop. I love how they give you coupons and deals on things you use every day, not junk coupons to get you to buy things you would normally not even see. CouponCabin's customer support is outstanding! My issue was resolved before I even realized it was. I thought it would take a few days to hear back from someone, but, not only did they reply that same night, they had me back in business in less than 15 minutes of sending in my request. I also hadn't received all of the payments for my cashback rebates, and they had it in my PayPal account by the next afternoon. I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I received. 5 stars to CouponCabin's customer support team!
It's all a scam. I won a $50 back from Home Depot, bought 1 thing for $150, followed all their crazy rules, and in the end they didn't pay be and said it was Home Depot's fault because they mixed up the refund and credited it back to "an internal marketing program and not Coupon Cabin". Suuuure they did. What can I say, I got scammed.
I was skeptical, but couponcabin really proved me wrong! Lots of promos and cash back opportunities, and I got my cash back the day after my purchases. You basically get money just for doing usual online purchases, and at no drawbacks. I will use couponcabin for all my online purchases now!
I became a member of CouponCabin years ago. It is a wonderful sight. They do in fact pay you for shopping. The wonderful this is you choose your vendors. You order what you like. The awesome thing is that you get paid for purchases that you would make anyway. I would recommend this sight to anyone that wants to shop and get paid for doing it.

I received an email offer from Coupon Cabin offering $20.00 off a purchase at Amazon.Com. When I clicked the link from their email, it said it was acailable to the first 30 customers and gave me instructions to send a copy of my invoice to a specific email address at coupon cabin. I sent them my invoice as instructed. They replied stating that Amazon is not a member of Coupon Cabin. I replied stating that I received the offer from them. They then replied that it was an offer for new members only and I already received one once. No where did it state that it was for first time customers and why are they offering an Amazon coupon when Amazon isn't a member? This is considered by law, false advertising! I recommend anyone wanting to save money and get cash back, use Ebates. I have been using them for years and I have never experienced anything but good savings and cash back.

I was so excited to check out this site my friend reccommended to me. At first, I was browsing through every coupon offer and getting excited that I was saving a bunch of money. Now, it's the opposite.
Their site is structured in the wrong areas. They let you see the coupons that are expiring today- which is great- but the only other alternative is to browse through the zillion coupons they have for different websites classified alphabetically.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic way to save money- especially since it's free- but most of them are "free shipping", "10% off", "Buy 2 get one free"- which are usually stated ON the websites' main page. I honestly would rather search google for coupons after I have a checkout screen ready- it would save me more time then shopping for coupons.

However, I literally just tried into my account & the very first time that I logged into your website it locked me out, even when I typed each individual letter in my login & password very slowly to make sure that I didn't make any typos. I then tried to re-set & requested a new password, but I never received the link to re-set my password. Can you please, please, please once & for all fix things so that this doesn't happen anymore. After years as a customer they froze my account and would not release the money they owed me or the gift certificates that i purchased. They asked for a photo of my drivers license to verify my address and i sent that with my photo d/o/b and license number redacted for security reasons. They still refuse to release my account or provide me with a reason that it was frozen in the first place. Beware--seems like a total scam and at the very lease poor customer service
