I've been using CouponCabin.com for over 3 years now. It consistently has higher rebates and better coupon programs than some of the other rebate sites I have used. The website is easy to use, and the Chrome extension is the best.
CouponCabin has rebates/coupons for literally every online retailer! I love that they actually track your clicks. Its super easy to just click on the rebate offer which leads you to the retailer where then you finalize your purchase and that's it! As simple as that! Then just wait for their email saying that "You earned cash back"! We used to get a check before, but now they deposit my check directly to my back account! Love CouponCabin!
Very kind customer service got 5$ for getting cash back through app. Always get checks in the mail after payable balance reaches $35. Has multiple brands with coupons plus cash back. Satisfied with this service!
This site offers some great discounts and FREE merchandise, if you're fast enough to click on the coupon at exactly the right time. The only drawback is that there's a lag of several months before you get your cash back, but the savings and freebies make it all worthwhile. Highly recommended!
Relatively easy to use rebate program. However, there is a lot of fine print which make many offers miss-leading and nor really worth the time. Wish they would not bury all the rules to ensure you understand before you get excited about a possible large return.
Please know that if we up to us, there would be no restrictions on earning cash back, EVER. Unfortunately, however, stores make the rules on what's eligible for cash back and what isn't... we do our absolute best to call these out as clearly as possible. I cannot recommend CouponCabin as it is (as far as I know) the only cash back website that charges a monthly maintenance fee ($4.00/month) if your account stays inactive. By doing so, they are behaving just like banks and financial institutions. This is a trick or a trap, a way for CouponCabin not to have to pay you the cash back you have earned. A very bad business practice. Try other cash back websites instead, like Ebates.
Hello, Bobby. Please know that we’re not big fans of fees either but in some cases they’re necessary for the proper and legal functioning of our cashback program. That said, the maintenance fee that we have in place is only triggered when (a) your account balance is below $10 AND (b) you have not made a cashback eligible transaction in 365 days. Please also note that the amount is $2.50 and not $4.00. Said another way, as long as you make one cashback eligible order though CouponCabin a year (for any amount), you'll never see this fee. If you have an account where this $2.50 was triggered, please just email me at support@couponcabin.com and we'll be happy to see if we can't get last month's fee cleared out for you.
When I started, this website seemed legitimate. However, when it came time for me to be able to get my cash back, somehow I was mysteriously locked out of my account for suspicious activity even though I never had any issues and was not notified of anything. In order to re-activate my account they were demanding a copy of my drivers license and other sensitive documents. The $16 I was owed is not enough to risk having my identity stolen. I'm a member of a number of cash back programs, none of which require such personal information. It is very suspect to me as I read other people's experiences that they also were kicked out of their accounts right as they were eligible to withdraw their earnings. I had a very poor experience and have decided this program is not trustworthy. I would suggest customers use Rakuten or Swagbucks instead and save time and hassle!

I thought it was too good to be true, but somehow, they manage to pay-up. Even on 100% back. I joined in May and have gotten nearly $100 in payout, with another $75 pending. The payment takes a few months, but that's no problem for me. If you expect a fast payout, this probably isn't your best option, since funds get "tied up" for about three months. Other than that, it's awesome! I tell my family, and they think I'm crazy, but it's really real!

I've been a member of Coupon Cabin for quite some time now. I feel they provide more one-on-one purchase review and their customer service people are always responsive and resolve any glitches quickly. The cash back really adds up!
Started with skepticism, but all doubts eliminated by my first fat cash back! It'd be great to use more than 3 special offers per 30 day period, or at least have the option to "un-claim" within, maybe like 24 hrs... but it is good even as is, provided you get the deals as instructed.

This is a great way to get extra savings on your purchases. What I like best about CC vs other rebate type sites is they have a clear easy tracking system for each purchase that makes it easy to keep track of unpaid bonuses. I realize some people may not want to chase their cash back at all but it is definitely worth your time and effort. There has never been a single purchase I contacted them about that they did not follow through and get me my cash back reward. Other sites offer rebates that are just as likely to go unpaid but you will not be able dispute your owed funds unless you do extensive documentation yourself on each transaction. At Coupon Cabin they track every detail for you. If you should forget a quick order email time stamp check will verify which "cash back click" matches your missing purchase. It's so easy and they work very hard to get you your cash back.
