Don't even think about buying from this company. It takes almost a month to receive then you have to pay the return if something is wrong and then they refuse your return when you send it back. What a scam. I had to return my item because it did not fit and they refused to accept delivery. Now I'm stuck paying 90$ for jacket that didn't fit, spent $30 to return it and then they refused to accept the return.

Exactly what I was looking for and needed. Polyester tactical work shorts with just enough pockets. Great for my outdoor technician work! Fits exactly as the chart says. I will be buying more. Thank you!

I bought this men's winter coat for my husband to replace his old winter coat. He has nothing but great things to say about this coat. The coat warm, waterproof, comfortable, and easy to move in. He is able to wear a thick pullover or sweatshirt underneath with no problem. I got him a large and it fits perfectly. Definitely worth the buy!

Got the pants quickly and they fit exactly as needed. They are a bit stretchy which is great if you are bent over in a squatting position. Zipper pocket was a great touch. The zippers are very well done with decent pull tabs added. All in all, they do what I need them to do at a reasonable price. I would buy again

Bad product too small, Not as described. Wouldn't refund, wouldn't respond, had to file complaint with PayPal. Had me send back to China, when i complained of the price they had me send to California. When i called the lady she was Chinese and said they just threw away the returns and dont credit, then hung up.
This place is a complete scam.

Purchased 3 shirts. They looked great in print ad. When received them the material was cheap. The sizing's did not match large marking should have been a medium. Started a return process which is excruciating.
First just wanted to credit for store purchase, replied i wanted refund. Then said they would only refund portion of the purchase. I had to return at my expense. They sent address to mail to, did that. No refund even though item was delivered to address they provided. When i questioned about return refund they wanted me to provide proof I mailed it to correct address. I have sent that info waiting for reply. I kept all receipts and correspondence as i felt they were going to be a problem they did not disappoint.

Purchased 6 shirts from Cotosen. Took forever to receive them, once received they were all to small. Contacted Cotosen numerous times to return items and not a single reply. Trying to save someone the frustration I have. They sux!

Short and sweet. Ordered from them - quality is crap - tried to exchange for correct size - didn't want money back just change size (these are made in China and way undersized for US market) never heard back kept my money.

The shirts fit and feel very great. I'm very pleased with them. The only thing i suggest is order 1 size larger than normal. Thats what i did and they were perfect even after washing and drying. Thank you

I ordered a pull over on January 16th 2022 and have not received the product or any tracking information.
The number provided just says: Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 11:51 am on January 22,2022. This does not indicate receipt by USPS or the actual mailing date.
That's all I get. I emailed the company and keep saying that the item has shipped and be patient. I asked for a refund and they refuse.

Took months to receive order in 2 separate shipments. Ordered 5 shirts, never received one on them. Cotosen also sent one I did not order. The sizing chart on the website is not correct in results in items being at least one size to large. Quality of fabric is also inferior. Taking months to try to send back. They suggested a refund of only half of the cost of what I purchased. Cotosen is not a honest or fair company. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

Arrived in 3 weeks... and it is great. I am very pleased. It does run a tad small... snug... so i suggest ordering a size up. But this jacket will be my 'go to' from now on. I am thinking about ordering more in other colors.

Just received my 1st belt. The packaging it came in is very nice for a belt. Was expecting it to just be wrapped up in plastic wrap like a different brand belt I bought. The mechanism looks sturdy and you can feel/ hear the springs pushing back the levers into place. I like that it has actual teeth to grip the belt. And to release the lever you do need some actual force. The only thing I don't like is that the coating/paint doesn't feel to have a protective layer so may scratch easily. The nylon belt is as thin and wide as a normal leather belt. Which is what I was looking for as this will be my hiking belt. And even though it's thin it's still very sturdy and strong not flimsy at all. The nylon has some elastic give about a inch per two inches if that makes sense. And the color looks just like in the pictures. I will be a customer for life.

I had been wearing other expensive brands sandals in the past, but this one is perfect quality in a much lesser price! I will definitely order a few more for other family members! Very Nice fit as per specification, quality is also good and very lightweight!

I ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt and after about 3 weeks of waiting I was told that it had been delivered. The tracking number provided to me is not a valid tracking number in any system other than the link that the company provided to me. They claimed that it was delivered to my "agent" and it had been delivered to my home. The Post Office has no record of this shipment and also confirmed that the tracking number is not a valid tracking number. When I have emailed it takes 3 to 5 days for a response. Had I read all these terrible reviews I would have never wasted my money.

Bought my husband one pair - which he loved, so, I purchased 3 more pair. They arrived quickly, and he loves them! They are a little lightweight for our New England winters, but he can wear long johns under them if need be. They will be perfect for the rest of the year!

I ordered a jacket from them prior to researching. The item I ordered and what I received was not the same. It took almost a 1 1/2 months to arrive. Customer service is non existent. The package arrived with a shipping label from a vacant warehouse... go figure!

I've been waiting since 2/7/22 for my order. The tracking info is a sham. It provides no proof that the item is en route, and it has not been updated in 2 weeks. Requested a refund twice. Only response is the 2 week old tracking info resent. No help at all.

I love the 2 shirts and shoulder bag I ordered, they are high quality and great design, it only took about 2-3 weeks to get to Pennsylvania, not bad considering they came from abroad. I will order again and recommend. I don't usually write reviews, but when the negative reviews were not true for me, i wanted to acknowledge that.
