Awesome experience, my family is very happy, service is great, I had to use the warranty and they fixed it and sent back fast. They answer their phones promptly. All the little things that matter they do them. I highly recommend them to all of my friends. We are a huge fan of costway.
Fraud! Their reviews are fake or they are deleting the reviews that are giving under 5 stars. Sounds like another place I've bought from. Their products are crap! They either don't work or they are ok at first and then start messing up soon after. Don't get me started on customer service. Customer service is a joke. Your best bet is to go to another place. In fact, RUN to another place.
I PURCHASED AN AUTOMATIC ICE MAKER ON 1/28/18 FROM SEARS WHICH IS THRU THEIR MARKET PLACE FOR COSTWAY. PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED ON 2/5/18. HAD IT INSTALLED THE SAME DAY. THE ICE MAKER WILL NOT MAKE ICE, AND CUTS OFF EVERY 20 MINUTES AFTER RESETTING IT. TRIED TO CONTACT COSTWAY BY PHONE NUMBER ON THE UNIT. I HAVE TRIED FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS TO CONTCT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR HELP. PHONE GOES TO VOICE MAIL, BUT MAIL BOX IS FULL. TRIED TO CONTACT THRU OPERATOR AND IT CUTS OFF. CONTACTED SEARS ABOUT THE LOUSY SUPPLIER THEY SUPPORT, COSTWAY. I WANTED TO TALK TO TECH SUPPORT BUT OVIOUSLY THAT DOESN'T EXIST. 3 days and they cant find anyone who can send an attachment for a return label. They will only answer an email once a day, if at all. Cheap products.
I purchased the BMW 12V ride on motorcycle as a gift for christmas. The bike was damaged. I called customer service only to be placed in voicemail several times. The one time I did get a customer rep I was told they can only send me a replacement part. The part will not arrive until 3 weeks because it's coming from China. I informed the rep this will not work because it's a christmas gift. Plus how do I know if the replacement part will work. I asked for a supervisor(Maria Vasquez). She stated it's company policy not to overnight and in her words take it or leave it. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. This annoyed me even more. I tried to call back and of course the same problem too many calls please call back. I will stress to you DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COSTWAY. They do not care at all. I was told that they offered me a resolution to my problem. I kindly stated no you gave me an outcome to my issue you did not resolve my problem.
I have an Ice machine ModelEP******* and I received it as a gift, worked for about 6 months, and stopped dumping ice, had a friend of mine tell me the control board was but that he couldn't locate and parts so I e-mailed the company without the receipt or tracking number they could not or would not help me I told them I was not looking for them to repair it but let me know where I could have it serviced or where I could buy the parts, I was told the maybe I could go to the local hardware store or Home Depot, I sent them a e-mail back as asked if they were kidding me I don't think a local hardware store or Home Depot is going to have a control board, I can only guess Costway doesn't make this use and has no way to contact the Manufacture, do yourself a favor and don't look at these units go somewhere else
THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 2 WEEKS. THEY ONLY ANSWER EMAILS AT 2:00A.M. WTF? THEY ARE FRAUDS TO NOT BUY FROM COSTWAY
I would never purchase any product that this vendors supports or sells through a third party. They supply items to wall mart, I purchased a fiber optic table tree, When it arrived it was broken, I tried for two weeks to get a return and never happened. First they need pictures, then they said they were reviewing, I contacted they by phone and by email with every request they asked and never got a return. So guess what I had to eat the price of this purchase because Wall Mart will not take it back and clearly states that it must go back to Costway. Good luck to anyone using them, read the fine print and if it comes from them run... Sincerely Linda Marshall
They stopped answering the phone for me too. The 1st time I called they picked up. Each time after that I would wait for a representative to pick up and then I would get a message saying the call volume was too high and to leave a message which i did several times with no response. Today I called and the exact same thing happened so I hung up and immediately called with my number blocked & what do you know, they answered. It could be a coincidence but I doubt it. Alex (lol) said I should have my replacement part for my damaged equipment in 6 to 8 days. Let's see how this goes.
Do NOT order from this company. You will lose your money! I have spoken with Alex and Selena and cannot get a response back after calling numerous times.
I put in payment information. A window popped up that said "verifying bank information" and looked odd. I've never seen a window pop up like that, but shrugged it off. Then the window said it was a successful verification and I pressed the Pay Now button. Then the website said my card was declined, even though I have $2,400.00 in my bank account. I immediately received a call from Chase Bank saying that my card was detected for fraud. I closed the card, because I am worried that this "company" is getting ready to sell my card to other people for fraud purchases.
I live in the north east, the temperature tomorrow is supposed to be freezing! I purchased a green house so that I can't protect my wife's plants from freezing@! First two pieces are missing and when I put the cover over it the zipper was not sewn! And torn! I called customer service and spoke to Alex he told me to send photos and I did! Called back to see if my replacement was shipped and he told me I should get a tracking number the next day 3 days later and numerous calls and text no answer! I feel like I am being jerked around! Next step a lawyer and the California attorney general's office to investigate this Scam company! By the way I bought it through Walmart they suck too! Rocco Cassarino

I purchased a kitchen table set and the wrong color was delivered plus it was a set for toddlers! No one is answering the phone. They need to be shut down!

So I called c/s and was told to wait so a investigation can be done by UPS
After a week UPS could not find it so the company offers me a refund for the purchase but that was about a week ago and I still don't have my money or the items I ordered

Today is 09/18/2017, to date I have heard nothing from Costway in ref to the horrible recliner I purchased for my husbands recovery from T. R. This company does not seem to want to make my purchase good. I will never buy anything from the online shopping again. As far as I am concerned the Costway company just takes peoples money and then sends them defective products! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
I purchased a recliner last month for my husband. I paid 399$ for the chair and it is junk! The arm rests are denting and the seat is falling in. I would appreciate being reimbursed for the chair. You should not be selling poor quality furniture or other products. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
