Box was crumpled on corner and both top and bottom seams were opened. Seat/chair when assembled is exactly what was ordered. Assembly required only one hex wrench that was included.

I reported this to you & you said I have to make a video of the involved area before Iyou accept the return. I have NO WAY to make a video, so I guess I'm stuck with it. I will not ever buy from you again. Now I have to find someone to repair it

Very difficult to assemble. Hi call customer service for help and I said they were sending me a video but never sent me the video then where the screws go in there were no stickers to cover up the silver screws which looks terrible against the color of the bamboo stands out like a sore thumb call them about that today and they said 24 to 48 hours before they could tell me if it was supposed to include the stickers not a good experience hope you have better luck than me
