My shopping experience was easy. No hassles. It does take time to process the order but from order date to date of receiving date takes about a week.

We boght 6 but have assembled 3 chairs so far, there is one chair comes with one leg shorter than others, this causes the chair wabbly.

Item was shipped and received quickly. They had multiple options in stock where locally it was out of stock.

My issue was the coupons that I can't use. I chat with customer service and she clarify the problem.

Regarding Ordering: So far, ordering has been fast and easy. I will reserve my final review for when my order arrives, but so far so good! I like the wide selection of items across different categories that Costway has on their site and their prices are generally lower compared to other retailers.

Awaiting Arrival: I wish that Costway had spelled out that the item I ordered was being shipped from the US and that tracking information wouldn't be available until the item cleared Canadian Customs. It would have saved some concern that the parcel had been lost. UPS had notified me on the day the item was ordered that a shipping label had been created, but over a week later the item was still not showing up as having been received by them and the estimated arrival date that they provided had come and gone. It wasn't until I contacted Costway that I found out that it was an international shipment and accurate tracking info would show up about a week or so into shipment. They really should update their website to reflect accurate shipping information, including estimated arrival times. Shipping didn't take any longer than other international retailers, just longer than Costway had stated.

After Receipt of Item: I'm pleased with my purchase and glad that it cost roughly 50% less than another retailer is selling it for. I assembled it quickly and easily. I do think it is still a bit overpriced because it isn't as sturdy as a garden arch should be but I will keep it and put it to use in my garden for a more delicate climbing vine than the wisteria I had originally intended to use it for which will be too strong and heavy for it. It's still a nice item.
