I bought a heater, air purifier, cooling unit and a toaster oven both costway. The heating unit came dirty and without a remote and other pieces. It also was cheaply made, and did not function anywhere near the quality of other heaters. I have purchased in the past. The toaster oven is under one year old and it is no longer having power run to the unit. It will not turn on on any function, and I've tried multiple outlets. I will not buy from this brand again as it is cheaply made over priced and they offer poor customer service!

I had a really frustrating experience with an online store recently. I ordered a bassinet and the estimated delivery date was 20 days later, which was already quite late. To make matters worse, their customer support was terrible. They only replied to my messages in the middle of the night, and when I finally requested a refund after waiting for 20 days, they kept lying and wasting my time with false promises. It was a huge hassle and I regret ever ordering from that store.

Had what I was looking for! But tried 4 times to order, go thru whole process then says cannot complete (tried on two separate cards twice each). Spoke to person via email, was told my bank must have rejected. I call by bank, no such thing. Gave up

I find your website is difficult to navigate in as much when browsing windows/panels constantly keep popping up taking up most of the screen ith different offers before having a chance to find an item I may b interested in. Amazon.ca is much easier to navigate usually with more detail. Once order placed I could'nt track the shipment even with tracking numbers fortunately all my queries were answered by the quick responses from Costway representatives hence the 5 stars.
I am a pretty handy guy but I did have difficulty lining the up the many screws to start in the threaded holes. I would suggest manufacturer provides slightly pointed screws to ease locating and starting screws. ( This is not Costway's fault but the overseas manufacturer who has a number of North American Outlets)

The bunk bed arrived in excellent condition and putting it together was not difficult. It took me around two and a half hours to assemble the bed and the instructions were clear. The bed feels sturdy and safe.
