If it was possible to do a ZERO review I would.
I recently made an online purchase of a refrigerator.
Price was the same as all the competitors.
We decided to give Costco the sale. We were told the delivery would be Oct/1 and we were informed the delivery window was 7:10-11:10 AM. Seemed fine.
At 10:05 AM no delivery, no communication, nothing.
I called Costco customer service, and was told that the window was changed to 8:40-11:40 AM, and it was on the way and should be an hour or so.
I was told that the 3rd party delivery company should have informed us,,, no call, no email, again nothing.
This is when it gets really bad. The Costco online customer service supervisor, Mike (who has zero customer service skills) tells me that they do not guarantee any time and the delivery could be late or not at all. He also told me he could see on his on it was on the way. At 12:00 PM, I called the delivery company (Metro Last Mile) and was informed there was no driver and it was still in the warehouse, and they can't even say if will delivered.
The worst part of all of this is the complete lack of communication, professionalism, an attitude as if I am wrong and it seemed like they could not care less.
Their entire attitude is confrontational and condescending.
I called customer service and cancelled the order.
The guy on the phone made it seem like it was my fault.
I just bought a $2000.00 refrigerator and they are blaming me for their complete lack of customer service.
After all of this the delivery company calls me and tells that they are running 3 plus hours late.
Are you kidding me!
Costco is good for cheap hot dogs and toilet paper and that's where it ends.
Be very careful if you want to buy anything that require even the slightest bit of professional customer service.

Costco is going downhill and I'm first loyal customer to loose because they don't trust me how they want me to do business with them? I shop over a thousand of dollars by weekly and still check my membership in the way in and out the stop me to check my receipt throughly for few minutes no help in store and on top of that they start with the most stupid thing ever is self checkout, do they give me discount for checking my self out? No I pay membership and I require service
The manager named Michelle is really unprofessional, the store loacted in 485 THE PARKWAY, PETERBOROUGH, ON, K9J 0B3, she suspected my Costco membership and master credit card for no particular reason, talked to me with an aggressive, disrespectful tone and gave me a dirty look, she took both of ID and driver license and let me wait outside of her office for 45 minutes and came back tell me, my card is good for purchase the goods. I personally think she is very unprofessional and racist, she owe me an apology and i do not think she is best fit for a manager position. Some of my purchased good were frozen foods are already melting, 'i kindly asked could you replaced them with the new one?" she respond yes, and gave me another dirty look again, i feel like being looked down on. I do not satisfied the shopping experience and dealing with the unprofessional manager, i will never shop at this Costco location again, i am worried would experience the same unfair and unhappy experience. I wish your company, Costco take this feedback seriously.
I will 0 reviews for costco.ca because I ordered online gold coin from 26 December 2023 and received a empty package on jan 09,2024. And costco r not refund my money also. I already filled police report but waste of time, they also did nothing. I am very disappointed with costco services. They have to care for their members. Totally scammed.I attached photos of my package you can see its already side cut and take of my gold coin and tape it. Gold coin cost was 2830$ it is my 1 and half month pay. Really disappointed with all services.
Do not buy appliances from Costco. Their delivery is terrible! You will end up paying more. Just a waste of time and money….
On time appointment delivery, actually 25 minutes early, I prepared for hauling ready at my door ready for pickup, the team done by Ghirmay Setey done excellent job, I will recommend to the public buy online at Costco, off course you have to prepare ready for houling don't expect the delivery guy to clean up your old appliances.
I went to Costco in Windsor and a person had 16 litres of milk and there was nothing left it's not hard to figure out what he is doing selling at his corner store I work all day and when I'm done work everything is gone cause of greed
The laundry centre was delivered with missing the bottom parts which caused the floor damage.
Of course, I reported it to Costco, but they through everything delivery company. And even I was mentioned that I had to call the manufacturer to order the parts by myself. So they did nothing. The delivery company stopped responding to me once the incident was reported and got back to Costco, he would contact them and get back to me. Nothing happened after. Got back to Costco to talk to someone else, however, what they can do is contact the delivery company to push them to contact me. If they don't take the responsibility of the floor, done! The guy I just talked to clearly said Costco won't take this responsibility. They just sell the products and don't take care after.
This was my first time buying the appliance from Costco.ca but I'll never shop again.
I order a computer that it was not available at the warehouse, online only item, once I paid cople of days the shipping order start saying that I will receive my product in a week…. Really!, then a day before today I looked into the shipping tracking order telling that I will be receiving my order today, now I check it again to see what time will be delivered as I need to be at home for that and….surprise now three more days ….
To avoid this order directly from Microsoft = 3 days, Amazon, same Day or next day.
Amazon is not killing businesses, its giving you good service.
Lost my parcel not once but twice and will not give a refund for them using UPS (the worst). Customer service not existent.
I watched my rug order, on FedEx, cross from LA into Ohio, start the trip west again, finally crossed into Canada. 4 different delivery dates over 2 weeks. If you don't care when a delivery occurs and anytime within a month of your order is good, go for it. Otherwise almost any other delivery service would b better.
Signed up for a membership promotion via groupon and received a voucher code for costco.ca. The voucher did not work. Spent 30 minutes talking with a customer service agent who could not get the voucher to work (and who generated multiple new vouchers that also didn't work). Finally they said they'd send me a digital cash card instead, and that I'd receive it within 3 days. Called back a week later when I had not received the cash card to learn that the agent's request for a cash card had been denied by some other team. The new agent made another request and I'm now waiting a few more days to see if that one gets approved. Overall it's been a big waste of time and energy over $40 that I may or may not receive.
Costco tires at 427/hwy7 oil change tech left filter lose- oil leaked damaging driveway. Twice in row. Not a happy Costco customer for their tire department. They need to train their techs properly.
Costco avocados are harvested so prematurely that it's very difficult to time their use. I talked to the avocado guy at the Kelowna store about the best way to ripen them, he told me to leave them in the sun until they ripen to my liking. I bought 2 bags of avocados, one I set in the sun the other inside my home. The one I set outside turned black/rotten on the side in the while the shaded side remained as hard as wood. The bag of avocados that I left indoors has been sitting on the counter for 10 days and are still as hard as wood almost all around and where they are beginning to soften a bit they are turning black/rotten. In conclusion: both bags have had to be thrown in the compost bin. Very expensive compost!
I've had better avocado luck at Walmart or other grocery outlets. Yes the other outlets have smaller fruit but at least it's edible with very little wast.
My advice to Costco? Figure it out and provide usable avocados to your loyal customers.

I ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator on 05/29/2023 and it has been rescheduled 5 times already and today they said it will take another 10 days! I need the fridge because my old fridge isn't fixable. Imagine the weather has been consistently in over 25°C and you get that bullcrap when delivery time nears. BOTTOM LINE! DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDER FROM COSTCO.CA.

The tea bags were totally wrong, no taste,looking like used tea is processed again, totally tasteless,not like the actual taste which I had before.
I've had many poor deliveries for items I purchased online from Costco.ca. They have been a lifesaver during the pandemic. But, not a fault of their own, they tend to have seriously lazy or incompetent delivery people bringing my purchases. Costco is not s delivery service, so they farm that function out. However, even though I complain, I can be assured that Costco will make it right, if the delivery people mess up. And they do. Thank you costco.ca.

Costco is a fantastic retailer who has a second to none return policy. Product pricing is usually hard to beat except on delivered goods there is a slightly higher price that varies as shipping is free, so the price reflects that. Monthly and other frequent sales are also great! The first day or two of a new sale the store is usually extra busy! I prefer shopping in store when I can however I have used the Costco.ca site many times and delivery is usually prompt and affordable.
There are a lot of items on the website that are simply not stocked in the warehouse and the warranties are generous and extended warranties on electronics and appliances are reasonable when needed,
