Do not buy appliances from Costco. Their delivery is terrible! You will end up paying more. Just a waste of time and money….
Zero stars wasn't an option. Purchased 2 living room chairs online which were delivered without warning to my driveway at the beginning of Aril. Left outside (thank goodness it didn't rain). When we tried to put the legs on one of the chairs it would not screw in fully nor unscrew. We decided the quality was poor and arranged to return the chairs to Costco. They use a carrier named Day & Ross.
This is where the nightmare begins. It is now May 19th and we still have no resolve to the pick up.
Have spent so much time wasted on the phone and on hold while Costco blames Day N Ross Carrier and they blame Costco. Famous line "we are escalating this to a supervisor" or "a supervisor will call you". Guess what? No supervisor has called and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer care both companies display! I don't trust them and I will never order anything online that needs to be delivered again from Costco! Zero customer service, zero cares given, and nothing but passing the customer off with lies and false promises. Save yourself the aggravation and shop where customers are valued and appreciated! Never use this service - terribly overpriced, 3rd party contractor FLO FORM is so unprofessional and neither Costco.ca Installation nor FLOFORM provide customer service, only interested in making money and doing what is best for them. Had to pay full price - Over $17,000 upfront, not itemized price list provided so when required refund, they can give you whatever they see fit and you have no idea. I hate my bathroom countertop (has black splotches throughout, sample did not and was not apprised that it might) and backsplash chosen by professional consultant does not match counterop. No communication with either, really horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Could have done it for thousands cheaper but sucked in by Costco's reputation for standing behind their products and the fact that they provided plumbing and backsplash removal/instalation while would have had to get separate. Just Cambria/Handstone purchase would have been over $3,000 less going the other way.
3 times have asked for my cheques, customer service said u ll receive in 2 weeks!

Some of Costco Beacon Hills/Sarcee Location) pharmacy staffs are unprofessional with bad attitude and they treated customers with disrespect.

The tea bags were totally wrong, no taste,looking like used tea is processed again, totally tasteless,not like the actual taste which I had before.
Many of my friends are members too: Hard to not drop a hundred bucks at a time, but always worth the discounts. We playfully call Costo "The $100 Store"! Whether I get a great deal at $20, or I find what I need and spend more, I never have buyer's remorse.
Happy to order from costco because I don't have to deal with the crowds in the store and I've been happy to get my delivery faster than expected. Also, if you aren't happy you can return it to the store instead of mailing it back if you want which is really handy.
Costco avocados are harvested so prematurely that it's very difficult to time their use. I talked to the avocado guy at the Kelowna store about the best way to ripen them, he told me to leave them in the sun until they ripen to my liking. I bought 2 bags of avocados, one I set in the sun the other inside my home. The one I set outside turned black/rotten on the side in the while the shaded side remained as hard as wood. The bag of avocados that I left indoors has been sitting on the counter for 10 days and are still as hard as wood almost all around and where they are beginning to soften a bit they are turning black/rotten. In conclusion: both bags have had to be thrown in the compost bin. Very expensive compost!
I've had better avocado luck at Walmart or other grocery outlets. Yes the other outlets have smaller fruit but at least it's edible with very little wast.
My advice to Costco? Figure it out and provide usable avocados to your loyal customers.

Just received my 3.00ctw diamond vs2 eternity band from costco.ca today and it is simply exquisite! I've never purchased diamonds from costco before but have heard rave reviews about them being appraised for much higher, so I decided to give it a go. And boy am I glad I did. The amount of fire radiating from these diamonds is just breathtaking! I highhhhhhly recommend costco.ca for their wide selection of quality goods as well as speedy and reliable shipping. I received my parcel in just 2 days. And the ring was carefully packaged to avoid damage to the fine jewelry piece.
On time appointment delivery, actually 25 minutes early, I prepared for hauling ready at my door ready for pickup, the team done by Ghirmay Setey done excellent job, I will recommend to the public buy online at Costco, off course you have to prepare ready for houling don't expect the delivery guy to clean up your old appliances.
I have been a member of Costco for many years and have never had any issues with any of the products until today, giving them 4 stars.
Today was an exception and great disappointment to my wife and me. We always by our ground beef at Costco and today was no different, I waited at the meat counter until the brought out the ground beef, took my pack and off we went to continue shopping.
When my wife started to use the ground beef bought today, she noticed there was a difference in the texture of the ground beef and slight discoloration, she decided to check the best before date and discovered that the date packaged was December 11,2022, best before date was December 12,2022 which was more than convincing that they mixed in ground beef from the other day with fresh ground beef from today.
It's not like things aren't costly enough with prices souring through the roof, we now have to check Costco and their meat department for quality and making sure we don't get blindsided by an experience like this. Has inflation impacted Costco that they have to recycle meat products and how long have they been doing this and getting away with it.
We will have to start paying closer attention to what we buy at Costco as I would strongly recommend everyone does after our experience.
I shop at costco about once a month. They always have some new products to check out. Some of their clearance prices are pretty amazing.
After years of great product, great service and great prices, recent and still active (I hope) attempts to purchase a freezer from Costco.ca have failed. I have been assured they will soon return the $1839. 99 billed to my credit card. This process, which I thought was a simple purchase and delivery started seven weeks ago and has consumed many hours and yet resulted in no functioning freezer delivery. The first freezer seemed to disappear, but it is hard to confirm as the cartage company doesn't report tracking beyond picking up the item. After emails and phone calls weren't returned by the cartage company I contacted Costco. They required a photograph of the missing item to proceed. More phone calls, emails and lots of time had that sorted out and the first freezer arrived damaged quite badly on the front. It was returned, and I ordered a second unit. We received a call a week ago, it was going to be delivered the following day. We waited at home... the first day... the second day. We still have received no further information from the delivery people on the missing freezer. Nothing. During the second day I emailed Costco and was told to contact the local delivery people to refuse the order. At no time did anyone, anywhere give me the details of who would deliver the item, their phone number or any way to contact them. Days, lots of time, a couple of phone calls and emails later I have been promised a refund that could be as quick as ten days. Every phone call was handled by a very pleasant person and that's lovely, (albeit a couple didn't seem to have any effect) but it will be more than two months before the money I allocated for purchasing a freezer required for the safe storage of food is available to buy a freezer from a more dependable source. Costco, it's been wonderful but it's over.
