I ordered a refrigerator and the delivery person kept it in the garage and went.
If you can't deliver items properly then remove it from your website.

This is just a scam, I registered and cancelled within 7 days of free trial. Still I got charged 100$(Full year subscription) and the cancellation was not showing in the system. I cancelled on the day I was charged, I asked for refund and just to take one month charge, but no reply
Don't even think about this one.

I made an online order and they charged my card but the order stayed cancelled.
And now they are not refunding the amount saying that they have not charged.
When I checked my account the amount was deducted.
When I contacted the customer care they are not even understanding what am I saying.
They say that they have refunded when my bank account does not show it.
Bunch of incapable people sitting in the customer care bench. They just say what they taught about and not seeing what is happening

I contacted the bank and bank is asking for a confirmation from Kohls on the refund made so that I can get the amount back, but Kohls is not giving that as well
