I ordered my costume 30 days in advance of Halloween. I was told that my order would ship within 3-5 business days and that I would receive it within 15 days. I reached out 7 days after I ordered to get a status update. I was given a USPS tracking number that day, which happened to be a Friday. I waited until the following Tuesday, there was no tracking info, when I plug it into the USPS site, it tells me they still have not dropped off the package. It's now been 22 days, I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. Absolutely ridiculous, there is still no tracking information, and I have no guarantee that my child will get their difficult to find costume in time for Halloween. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They basically stole $100 from me.

Doesn't even deserve one star I ordered a $100+ outfit, never sent me an email telling me when it would come, I got it tailor made so I knew it would take a while eventually forgot about it 6 months later my mom brings it up and we sent 10+ emails back and forth asking for my money back they refused and said they could send it or give me in sore credit I refused and just wanted my money back it's been over a year nothing came and still won't give me my money back and is still just offering me in store credit with terrible customer service.

I thought I would give them a try and bought a costume and a wig here 2 months ago. After such a long waiting and many emails sent to them without much responds, I finally got my order. However the costumes are at very bad quality, cloths is so thin and cheap that it is kinda 'see-through'. Very light piece of trash. I emailed them to request for a refund, they do not respond and I would have to dispute the payment myself. Then they emailed me a nasty email cursing me said used costume is not accepted for refund. They are totally a nightmare to deal with, and stay away if you don't want troubles.

Terrible terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend you purchase from this Chinese company. We paid a lot. The costumes took forever to ship here. We tried them on and they are not accurate sizes as stated on website. This would be fine if they would make good on it and exchange it. But their comment is it costs too much to return you have to buy another. Multiple Attempts to work it out and they were rude and we have to eat it. In this day and age I can't see how they will survive.

I have purchased 2 wigs and a Bleach costume here at cosplayshopper.com. I needed these for a party so that I had placed my order 5 weeks ahead. Unfortunately, after over 1 month of waiting, I am getting nothing. I emailed them few times and I didn't get any responds. Until just now they sent me an email said 1 wig is back-ordered, and the costume is being made that they don't have it ready in stock. I requested a cancellation, but they refused said my order was placed a month ago that they cannot cancel it. They are totally a scam! Now i don't have the things for the coming party, and no refund for my money! I am checking with my bank to see what they can do about it. Please stop them and for those who are thinking to buy here, please don't. A very disappointed girl here v_v

I thought I will give them a try and I regretted it! The costume is cheaply made from China and it don't fit at all. The quality is bad that it don't look the same as shown on their pictures. The shoes will very bad plastic smell. It took 3 weeks for the package to reach me. I requested a return for refund, then they said there is no refund for used items. Right! Stay away from troubles, wouldn't recommend cosplayshopper.com at all

I placed an order with Cosplayshopper for a costume in September. Their website stated that I would be able to receive the costume by Halloween if ordered before the end of September. I placed the order with 4 days to spare given their time frame. Two weeks pass and I get an email stating they wouldn't be able to make their deadline due to high demand and if I wanted a refund I could get one or they could continue to process the order. I was extremely bummed out about hearing that but decided to go ahead and wait. Long story short, I waited a total of 2 months and emailed them asking what has happened to my order. They then told me they had supply issues and it wouldn't be done until the end of the year. If I would have known it was supply issues and not just a high demand of sales I would have just asked for the refund. But instead they decided to keep me in the dark about what was really going on. I decided right then and there I wanted a refund because they lied about what really was causing the delay to my order. They only refunded me $58 out of almost $300 that I paid in full at the beginning of all of this. I will never do business with them ever again! Buyers beware of their shady business tactics. This isn't how you treat customers!

Do NOT order from this company. They are not a direct seller and do not know specifics about their merchandise. Ordered a Halloween costume and not only was it a month late, it did not include everything pictured. Customer service is absolutely useless and expect you to be understanding that you paid for something that wasnt as described on the website. I cant wait til they get shut down, total scammers. Below is the last useless email I got from them. Basically theft!

After contacting with the manufacturer, he said that the costume is not inluded the mask. But the website link of this item is stated everything showing in the picture, so there is some mistake in this item, we will improve it and make the adjustments. Hope your kind understanding in this matter, thanks. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Worst experience I've ever had buying a costume from somewhere. I requested to cancel my order because they informed me that it wouldn't make my con in time. They asked me to confirm for a refund and I confirmed it. About a week goes by and I email them to check in on my refund and they informed me that my dress was shipped a week after I requested a cancel. I asked them to cancel it still (as they didn't give me a tracking number). The next email I got was a tracking number saying that the dress would come that Thursday)it was Monday). The dress didn't come that Thursday. The item arrived about a week later in the wrong size. I requested an address to ship my costume back for a refund (as they told me this was the only way) and I haven't heard a response. I've emailed them three times each about a week apart asking for a return label and refund. Don't buy from here.
