3 stars as rep was on time with his call. However, if you can read the instructions on the Facebook Help center, and it still doesn't help you, you're probably not going to get any further with a call from Hacked.com. Filing a complaint with the attorney general is something a simple google search can suggest for a hacked Facebook account.
I should have known that this company couldn't have gotten me any further than I've already got myself.

EDIT: The rep that I originally spoke to said that I could get a refund if I emailed the help center, which I did, and I just got a BIG mad response cause I left a negative review. HA! (I highly doubt they're we're going to refund me anyhow as I purchased the $95 option, not the miracle $329 package.) Extremely unprofessional. If you can use the Facebook Help center like every other person that is proficient with a computer, save your money!
