Is Cosplay Shopper a scam or a legit company?

I believe it is a legit company, but customer service is absolutely terrible and they are refusing to refund my money for THEIR mistake.

uhm i both a sakura cosplay xxs and it was to small so i wanted to change it to a bigger one and on the site said it in 7 days your can return it ,and now i can't return it , but it's 2 days ago

Chargeback on your visa, that seems to be the only thing these scammers respond to.
