When i purchased the item, there were some issues but the service team took on board my feedback and rectified it quickly. I do understand issues sometimes happen and even though purchase did not go as planned the service was really good to rectify it all. Given the experience i would recommend and shop there again.

I recently ordered a candle and was impressed by how quickly it arrived; less than 3 days!

Bought a cute little Dior lambskin wallet and a sweet Gucci gold chained purse. The customer service is amazing and fabulous. I will be buying from here again and again, the best service! I flew over to Sydney from the US and it totally was worth going here to shop. So many great items and it was hard to choose just a couple.

My Burberry tote was extremely well priced on Cosette. The online experience was easy and two days it arrived, beautifully packaged. I know there has been controversy around the site in the past, but my experience was only positive. I will use Cosette again.

I ordered an item, 30th Dec 2023 at the time not realizing it was on back order and out of stock, as the days neared closer to my sisters birthday my item didn't arrive I contacted customer service who were helpful in advising it was on back order but assured me it would arrive by early feb and be shipped out to me. By the 9 th of feb,( her birthday was the following day) it had still not arrived and I sent an additional email and was advised on 13th feb, there were further delays. I still have not received my order and it's 14th feb 2024

Have shopped here quite a bit in the last few months. Items are always well packed. Great selection with good prices especially during sale period. Returns process is also smooth and really quick in the rare occasion that I need to make a return.

I am a seasoned shopper and was desperate to get the Valentino Roman stuff bag in baby blue, which was unavailable in AU at the time. I found it on Cosette and the price was so much cheaper than in store, their great returns policy got me over the line so I took a chance - and I'm so glad I did.

It was amazing service, super fast replies via email and IG, the bag arrived the next day in perfect condition. It's stunning and 100% real with authenticity cards from Valentino (I know my designer products). After a few wears a stitch came loose so they offered to fix it free of charge, so helpful and great to deal with. Highly recommend ordering from Colette, I'll definitely be ordering more.

I've been really happy with my last few Cosette orders! I placed a big order recently and even though the shipment was late, customer service was really proactive with keeping me updated on the status. Returns process is seamless and fast. Same-day delivery in Sydney area which is great!

I purchased a bag form Cosette that unfortunately same with a mark on it. The returns process was easy but they don't refund you the initial shipping cost or the cost to send it back, so ultimately you loose out on both shipping costs if you receive a defective bag. Their prices are great but I won't risk purchasing again.
