I've been really happy with my last few Cosette orders! I placed a big order recently and even though the shipment was late, customer service was really proactive with keeping me updated on the status. Returns process is seamless and fast. Same-day delivery in Sydney area which is great!

I purchased a bag form Cosette that unfortunately same with a mark on it. The returns process was easy but they don't refund you the initial shipping cost or the cost to send it back, so ultimately you loose out on both shipping costs if you receive a defective bag. Their prices are great but I won't risk purchasing again.

My recent shopping experience with Cosette will be the first of many. Not only are the bags displayed beautifully on the website which is easy to navigate, my questions were answered promptly and in detail. My purchase arrived punctually and exquisitely wrapped even down to the detail of covering them so that it arrived in pristine condition. I was very impressed and will continue to shop with Cosette, a company who values their clients and their experience.

Have ordered numerous items from them and all have arrived in a timely manner and product was as advertised. Will continue giving them my business as they are great. Tracking provided right away and accurate.

I purchased a bag from Cosette in June 2021 despite some negative feedback I read online as the colour of the bag was exclusive to their website. I later changed my mind because I found another bag that I preferred on their website, so I rang their customer service for product exchange. They explained to me that the order will have to be cancelled and then I can place a new order. This was done instantly and I got my money back in 2 days. I was really impressed by their swift response. The bag that I re-ordered came promptly and the packaging was fantastic. Their action defies the negative feedback that I read online before I decided to patronize them. Well done Cosette! Keep up the good work.

Ordered my bag and after 6 days it hadn't been sent. Tried to contact the company several times but took nearly a week to get a response to assist me with the issue.
Website states if order is placed before midday (which it was) it will be sent that day. Turns out there was a mark on the bag which they were trying to remove but they just didn't think to let the customer know this. I was happy to still receive the purchase with a small discount and the bag was sent immediately and delivered very quickly.
As far as I can see it seems very good quality and authentic Gucci, happy with my purchase.

Unbeatable prices for real, authentic products. Don't believe the negative reviews out there saying the products aren't real. Lots of negative marketing towards Cosette from butt-hurt competitors who don't want to lower their prices. Fast updates and fast shipping. Secure payments and you get the product you wanted at a lower cost from other websites. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

I had a good experience ordering through Cosette but I will say I didn't have to return anything so I guess I can't fully comment on their customer service quality. I love the way they package orders as it makes it a delight to receive a package from them.

The preparation for the shipment was a little delayed. It took about 10 days to ship. However, my package arrived, and my beautiful bag perfectly wrapped. Overall, it's good shipping experience.

It was good even tho the stuff I order was out of stock and I had to wait but customer service stay in touch with me till they were able to ship my order out to me thank you!

Overall experience was good. Delivery was very disappointed as Australia Post left the package without signature

I was sent a Celine bag that looked like a second hand bag, with weird smell and like superfake product. Been contacting Cosette for refund and but no one replies, phone is disconnected straight away after the automatic reply message. :(

I was having problems with trying to find a bag that was within my price range. I found Cosette and I was relieved when I was able to find a bag that were within my price range and able to use after pay to purchase it. Will definitely be back.

I WANT MY REFUND! Returned a bag straight away due to it not being what they had advertised. The YSL badge was all scratched up and felt fake! Spent $70 on express post with insurance and it's now been 2 days since they received the bag with no contact! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I have been very satisfied with my purchases from Cosette however the most recent was a little disappointing as the item I received did not fit the description listed on line. In saying this I have had good communication about the return process.

I ordered a Saint Laurent bag, I got it way earlier than expected, original, in a beautiful Cosette package. To be honest people's feedbacks made me feel suspicious, but I am totally happy with the purchase and service!

Love the bag! Legitimate site. Only downfall for me was that it took about a week to dispatch the order but once that had happened it took 2 days to be delivered so i was quite impressed with that part. It was a pre-order so this is also why.
