I later changed my mind because I found another bag that I preferred on their website, so I rang their customer service for product exchange. They explained to me that the order will have to be cancelled and then I can place a new order. This was done instantly and I got my money back in 2 days. I was really impressed by their swift response. The bag that I re-ordered came promptly and the packaging was fantastic. Their action defies the negative feedback that I read online before I decided to patronize them. Well done Cosette! Keep up the good work.
