I have been ordering from Corvette Mods for years, they have been solely responsible for the restoration of my 1974 Corvette. I truly believe that the service they provide regarding any returns or product questions is far superior to other online Corvette stores. I highly recommend them and advise to check regularly because they are always adding different items, that I "cant live without" :)

Great customer service

Corvettemods has helped me purchase multiple products for my 1977 and 2014 Corvettes. They always answer any questions I have and walk me through the process of getting the best deals. Have had no issues with them and highly recommend getting products through them.

I recently purchased a 2017 grand sport Corvette and I highly recommend Corvette Mods. They have let me accent it with Tension Blue giving it a custom look that I absolutely love. Several of the parts I have ordered are: front/rear flag overlays, side fender emblem overlays, and fender stripes. I plan on purchasing many more to customize my new Vette.

WARNING Be careful if you order *******@corvettemods.com I Ordered and paid for a carbon fiber front splitter on 8-31 2 weeks later I find out that it is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available... ok I'll wait but can you change the shipping address as I am in the process of changing jobs and don't want it shipped to a place I will no longer be at... They refused even after sending them a pic of my license, gun permit and my business card to prove I am who I say I am... I also bought a wing in magnetic red wing on 9-5-17 Which they have sent the wrong color two times Well I'm shipping the second one back Monday and Wednesday is my last day at current job... guess what despite $#*!ing up 2 times they refuse to ship to my home address Jessica in customer service was borderline rude and combative... I just cancelled both orders and will be bringing my business elsewhere... Big mistake cause I buy a lot of vettes and you all know I mod even my flip cars... Sorry for rant but I'm pissed!

They charged my credit card 3 times, for 3 different amounts. I received only a few of the parts i ordered and cancelled the remaining order once i was told they wouldn't have the remaining parts for another month or so. Then they tried to charge my credit card for a total of over $3500 when i only owed less than $700.
They have cussed me, threatened me, sent collection papers, and hung up on me when i offered to pay the amount i actually owed.
This is a horrible company which supposedly is run by 4 people/crooks. Rudest company i have ever dealt with. Just check out the complaints on BBB Texas... read Corvette Mods replies to the complaints, extremely unprofessional and rude. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE
September 15, 2017

Please run. Stay away from this company you have been warned. I ordered a part from here and returned it still in same packaging, according to the tracking they received my item over a month ago... guess what I have yet to be refunded. These people are fraud and they won't return phone calls and when you finally get someone on the line they are very rude.

Disappointed

I want to like these guys so much but they make it very hard and pretty close to impossible. Their product is decent but their customer service flat out sucks. I don't know how long these guys been in service but their professionalism is a serious problem. Don't see how they're still in business. For that reason alone, I give them a bad rating. Gonna have to find another place to order stuff for my car and wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there.

Sent me only half my order and not only that the parts I did recieve wasnt even the correct part. When I tried to get them to pay return shipping for their mistake they refused and threatened to send me to collections if they didnt recieve their parts in 5 days. Luckily I had paypal on my side to resolve the matter and they ended up paying shipping. Do not buy from these people or moderngenauto theyre the same company with different name.

High price junk

Bought the switchback lights and paid twice a much as eBay hoping the get better quality. Well first, you have to guess how to plug them in right, next one of the bulbs BOTH white and yellow glowed the same. I email to get a replacement and after a day or two got a reply. By that time the bulb started acting normal until one hot day a few days later as I pulled up behind a car the light was out, then on, then out, then on, but after I got to work and it cooled down worked fine. Dope two days later same thing and WHEN I TOOK THE BULB OUT THE CASE HAD SEPARATED. FROM THE PLUG...
CHEAP $#*! BULB. I emailed them again 3 times, NO REPLY, so after a week just drove up there. I WAITED 15minutes in their office by the reception desk before finally someone, a guy asked what I needed. Showed him the light and told him what was happening and I said "I NEED A NEW LIGHT" he went in the back and after a few minutes gave me a light. I got home installed it and today the same thing happened.

I have now realized all they did was re-glue my old light and gave it back.

I am pissed...

And gues what, LIGHTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE SO I AM STUCK!

I should have stayed with Amazon or EBay.

Would have saved $80 and hours of BS

Ohh one last thing

The resisters will melt your plastic

My wife bought me a custom battery cover for my c5 for fathers day. Didn't arrive when she was told it would. This should have been a sign. The item was not the one I wanted, so we sent it back. It has now been a month and we still have not received a refund. Same as other reviewers, I followed their process to get the RMA, and then waited, nothing, so then I started calling. The first person I spoke with, said give it a few more days because they have not heard back from the company that made. Waited, then called back. Got voice mail, left a message, no call back. Waited, called again no call back. Called again finally reach a person, who told me to send her my shipping so they could track the package. We couldn't find it, so I called the company that made the item, got a real person right away who informed me that it was received, and Corvette Mods was notified within a couple of days. Call Corvette Mods, left another message with this information, no call back. I then sent an email, with all of this information. They want to tell me that they called me back several times, I have no missed calls or messages, Hmmmmm. They also want to tell me I didn't follow through with the shipping number, Hmmmmm not listening to voice mail. Lets put the blame back on the customer for our lack of customer service. Seems they have a lot of time to be sending emails, going back and forth now for a couple of hours, but no time to call customers for resolve their problems.

At one point I called the sale line, which they answer, go figure. I explained my issue to this person, who told me all he could do was put me through to customer service. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor or the owner of the company, he said he could do that, and he did not have a number for them. Hmmmm. Then he just sent me to customer service again, where I got voice mail, go figure.

I like one of the other reviewers here will tell everyone in my club and other clubs to not do business with Corvette Mods. There are other places that sell the same stuff that have much better service.

Recently purchased a mini mask for my 87 Vette. Checked and double checked that I had chosen the correct one before placing my order. My auto confirmation email from them also clearly stated I ordered the correct item. Shipping was very fast and within 5 days had my item. PROBLEM! Sent me a mask for a 91 Vette. Wrong fit not even close. As vette owners know the front clip/nose changed on the later C4s. Fast foward to the return process and yes it is a process. I called the day I received it to explain the issue and have them ship the correct item out... You know the 1 I ordered... NOPE. No answer. Finally 4 days later a call back. I explain the issue and get directed to submit Forms A thru Z take a picture, explain in detail what the issue is and they will get back to me. Bottom line don't bother with this company. Zero customer service and they expect you to pay to ship back they're mistake before they ship you the item you ordered. I'll just sell this one at a Vette show and get the right one else where. I am printing fliers up to put on every car at the Corvette meets we attend and have already let ALL the members of our club know to steer clear of this company. Corvette Mods if your reading this you just lost a lot of potential customers just by my actions. Your fools.

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR OVERPRICED PARTS AND WAIT 6-8 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THEM.
My order was for $2300, they had no problem taking my money, but kept giving me excuses why the order hadn't shipped yet.
They couldn't ship them because they do not have the products in stock. None of what they offer is in stock. Fake $#*! company!
They even told me that their fraud department does not have a phone number. Seriously?!?!?!
American express threatened a lawsuit against them, thats the only reason my money was credited back.
They have a million lies to tell, but no products to ship!

ANYTIME A COMPANY DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL IS INEXCUSABLE. I HAD PURCHASED A SET OF ZR1 REPRO WHEELS FOR MY VETTE IN JANUARY [CAR WAS UP FOR WINTER] IN JUNE FOUND OUT THAT WHEEL WAS BENT. BOTTOM LINE, AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO HAVE PROBLEM RECTOFIED, NETHER MANUFACTURER NOR CORVETTE MODS WOULD OFFER ANY KIND OF RESTITUTION.
CONSIQUENTLY THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY, THERE ARE MANY OTHER MORE REPUTABLE CORVETTE PART DISTRIBUTORS OUT THERE... E. A. MULLER

This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered a part for my corvette and I verified with the pictures and the part number that it was the one i needed. The shipping took forever and after I finally got it the part was the wrong one and it had the wrong part number. When I tried getting a hold of them, they never answer the phone or call you back after you leave a message. They finally started answering my emails and said that their distributor told them that the part would work. The part that they sent me was not even close. It had way more hose connections than the one I needed and was way oversized. Then when I tried to get a refund they said it had been to long to do a refund and they could only give store credit minus a restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. It is amazing that a company would lose a customer over $50 when it was their fault the transaction didn't go smoothly. I should have read the online reviews before I bought the item. Most people have the same experience with them. Go somewhere else with your business

I've spent about $1600 spread over four orders between end of June and mid-July. Shop carefully, the prices are good on some things, way overpriced on others. In 3 out of 4 cases the items shipped in 3-4 days, the other was 6 days. I will say, the first order was a pretty big one and after they charged the card they asked for a copy of ID and front/back of the card that was used -- I could argue that as either positive or negative -- when furnished with that information they wanted MORE information to confirm the validity. Finally, I ordered something and realized I didn't need it, I noticed even though the order had been placed 4 days prior it still hadn't been updated to "shipped" so I called customer service. I asked her to change the order for something else and she said she thought the item had shipped, even though the progress had not been updated. She assured me she'd call back with the information. The call never came, I got an automated email late that day that my item had been marked to "shipped" (a shipping label had been created, the item had not been picked up yet). Now I have deal with the RMA process and pay to ship the item back.

I won't be buying anything further from them because I'm generally in a hurry when I need something. If you're not impatient, you'll save some money and (based on my limited experience) get the correct items.

Placed 700 dollar order with corvette mods, cancelled the order the same day, one would think getting your money back would be a simple no brainer, not with this company they tend to blame the bank. Also never been treated by customer service like this anywhere. There's no boss to speak with except the rude person on the phone. There some type of scam going on there. Wish I would have read reviews first. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY
