Ordered sun visors for my C5 drivers side is fine, passengers side looks like it was a used item, different color plastic, scratched up, sent return form and have not heard a word since. Cannot call return company because it does not exist as a business, no phone or address only email from them to you. Don't buy from here it was my first and last time.
For me I don't care of the negative reviews. I have been doing business with Corvettemods for the past 20 plus years and I have nothing but great things to say about this business. Never had a bad experience with the parts I have ordered. Sincerely, Stanley Zand.

Order errors, spend hundreds and be told your business is the past is inconsequential. They have a 30 day warranty. Buy elsewhere.
I had to chase them after almosty 2 months of no product and no communication.

I want to set the stage properly:
Went to their site because I needed a C4 Corvette 1984-1996 Gas Tank Sending Units with Fuel Pump, and they had one. I did my due diligence and was looking for a drop-in system, not one that needed to be assembled. And based on a question that someone had asked May 30,2017, which is what I wanted to ask, on whether or not the unit was ready to be installed, as the picture HERE - https://www.corvettemods.com/C4-Corvette-1984-1996-Gas-Tank-Sending-Units-with-Fuel-Pump_p_7189.html - indicated. An Administrator replied on May 30,2017 that indeed they were ready to be installed. So with that, I was ready and made my purchase on June 1,2017.
Now yes, there was/is a sentence that says some assembly may be required, and with that, already believing that it was ready to install, how much assembly would there really be.
It arrived today, June 8,2017 in a heavily abused box and guess what, talk about assembly? Oh yeah. And worst, no instructions to be found anywhere. All the bags, the sending unit itself - NOTHING like the picture, which is what I expected since it was, "ready to install".
So, I called them and this is when it gets worse.
I just want a shipping label to return the merch. They tell me, "nope, no can do", I have to pay the return shipping.
Now, mind you, the part they sent me is nowhere near "ready to install" and yet, I have to pay shipping?
They have now threatened to report me to the credit bureau for keeping their merch. Really, I just want a shipping label and they can have their merch - happily.
THIS is their "customer service".
Additionally, due to my call, they have removed the question and the answer but, I have the screen shot.
After receiving my order and viewing the quality of the parts, I will say I am very happy. The parts were US made, which is important to me. They were packed well, and arrived quickly. Will use them again in the future. Thanks
The site says 2weeks to 30 days for painted parts after 30 days I still had no tracking info when I called for the 3rd time and 3 different answers, I'm told that because of all the auto shows going on there are other people ahead of me. When I asked why I had 3 different answers of the delay all she told me was that's our prerogative. I also asked why I wasn't told about the people ahead of me she said sir you need to wait and hung up on me. I called back to cancel order and speak with a manager and I was put on hold for almost 20 min before I hung up.
I tried to give this company the benefit of trying it multiple times it has rude customer service and terrible scam like business practices.
My husband and I were very pleased with our first purchase from Corvette Mods.
We usually order from Zip or Ecklers, but we found Corvette Mods prices to be fair and they offered free shipping. We gave them a shot and were very happy. We have two project cars so these guys will be our first stop going forward.

The worst. Buyer beware. Do not order anything from this company! Placed an order that took over a month for them to say it got lost in the mail. Bull$#*!. They just don't have what they advertise.
This Company should not be in business! They have charged me for a cam that is one price on their site & bill you 133$ more when the confirmation email is received. 4monrhs later i still have not received what I paid for not to mention they keep billing me every month for same product & had to close down my credit card. Haylee & Kim are horrible reps that answer phone and do nothing but bs me. I have sent a letter to the attorney general on them now. Read their reviews from BBB in Texas, Yelp, the corvette forums and many others. I wish I had before placing an order. I don't know how they are still in business. Any review that is positive must be them writing their own reviews! Do your homework before giving your info to them!
Bait and switch... They have stolen pictures of products other legitimate companies sell and they would switch it with something else and then they would blame you for not reading their two word description line
Wanted to quickly comment on my experience. I ordered some restoration parts for my 77. The quality and fitment was great, the shipping time was good and the prices were very competitive. I restore cars, so I will be using them again
Ordered 2 parts 1 came then called about others part 3 Times before Kim admitted someone dropped the ball and would send out Monday. This was on WENS! Said no thanks. Was still sent out... BS. Now have to return 2 parts. Return policy sucks... Won't even send out bar code return and I have to pay to ship... Use ebay
Ordered an item from them that arrived with a "MidAmerica Motorworks" sticker on it. I went to the MidAmerica website and found the same item was $50.00 cheaper, so they obviously bought it from MidAmerica and marked it up $50.00. Called and asked for a price match or a return and they gave me all sorts of excuses about how long it would take to get a return authorization and how that would put me outside the allowable return period, etc. Complete runaround from Corvette Mods, worst customer service experience in recent memory.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company with post sales support. I have had prior experiences with other Corvette parts suppliers that were less than stellar. I left a VM on their customer service system, and received a return call back within the hour. Issue resolved. Thanks!
Please see full details on Yelp as well. To keep this short Corvette Mods and its staff from owner Neal Balog, and his representatives run a scheme! They will scam and rob you. I ordered 2 parts for my c5vette totaling $398.20 which they never shipped and decided to charge me every month the same amount. The BBB of Austin TX is aware but they are not BBB credited or this organization would have been shut down long ago. The Fort Worth Deputies are currently investigating them for credit card fraud & other dishonest behavior! I hope this review helps consumers out, I made the mistake of ordering without looking at their reviews where 95% percent are negative and states those consumers expierenced similar activity with such a DISHONEST COMPANY! SHAME ON YOU CORVETTE MODS for stealing on innocent consumers!

7 days later they asked me for more money for the items i already paid for.
After speaking to cust reps and managment they just dont care about the customer's at all.
They do have great products just do not care about the cust pnce they have your money.
I bought a Litenfelter Hood for my C6 Corvette one month ago.The website said that the hood was in stock. I waited two week before i had to contact Corvette Mods myself. I was told that the order was being processed.It took almost one month to get my hood.The hood was manufactured very poorly.The edges were grinded down and the scoupe was cut too far down into the hood. I took this hood to several body shops which all told me to send it back.It will cost too much to get the hood right. Now im told by Corvette Mods that the person at the manufacturer was on vacation.Im still waiting with no Information from Corvette Mods. They have the worst customer service. Now im filling a claim with my Pay Pal account against Corvette Mods. By the way my order was processed on March 10th. Never again will i buy anything from this company.
Answer: The short answer is customer service. Granted, Corvette Mods prices are great. But, be aware, if there are problems, what really makes a company great is their ability to fix problems. My experience as you see with many others was very poor, and to the point of fraudulent when they knew they received an item back for refund, then was not going to refund my money.
