This website is a SCAM! I haven't received any merchandise and they took the money out of account. In addition, the contact form doesn't work!
Worst $82 spent on 4 dresses. Ever, not only did it take 3 weeks to get my dresses in separate shipments, but when they eventually arrived they were all sizes too big. I've been STILL trying to get information how how to return (over email b/c they don't even have a customer service phone #), and the conversation is going in circles and NOTHING has been accomplished. This company is run by idiots that now have my money and I can't get it back.
I ordered a simple $20 dress 6 weeks ago. It still has not been shipped, I have emailed repeatedly and attempted to chat with customer service on Facebook messenger to no avail. Unable to submit a ticket on the website as Captcha code mysteriously never matches... (eye-roll) Finally attempted to cancel the order via the website (which has changed to 'coresweet' - it won't allow me to actually 'select the item to cancel'. Horrible customer service, horrible website, SCAM. AVOID!
Horribly fitting clothes, they gave me the round around when I asked about returning. Now Im out $90. Looks like they changed their website to Core Sweet now. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Two items arrived very late, one was cancelled. Poor quality, tried to return, really bad return process, still haven't been able to 'approve' the return. Avoid this terrible site. Go to Venus instead, much better customer service and return policy.
I ordered some Bohemian style tops and they look more small t-pees. Dont order from them my order took 6 weeks, no response ever from the customer team when i i asked to cancel/return my order.
I didnt even want to give them 1 star but had to, to get a review.
I ordered a dress, after waiting 4 weeks for it to be delivered it was not at like the image on the site (see images attached). It had no tags in it and no invoice note enclosed. I emailed their customer service team to ask for their returns policy and return address, of course they have ignored me. Shoddy service, rubbish quality of clothes and total rip off merchants. Avoid this site!
