Sent my glasses without lenses and when I reached out for support it was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses (sunglasses and regular glasses). Sunglasses came with the wrong prescription and couldn't even get that fixed thru them and after the prescription glasses fiasco I've completely given up. Regular glasses came with no lenses and when I finally got lenses installed, the box looked like they put it in the rain and stepped on it. Literally the only thing holding the box up was my glasses. Pretty frustrated I wasted my money. Customer service was just terrible. Asked the same question repeatedly but wouldn't pay attention to the 6 times I reiterated the same exact thing. It was the same person every time so it's not like I had to explain it to someone new. 100% DON'T RECOMMEND!

Frames were as described and my order arrived quickly!

First time ordering anything from cool frames won't be my last great and easy experience. Prescription was perfect very happy with my new glasses.

So a couple days after I ordered they emailed saying their manufacturer said they're back ordered until July 21st and (offered me a choice to get a refund or a different color) I said I was okay with waiting. Come around the 18th or 19th I got an email titled "have you received your order yet" so I emailed them and asked what the hell because of what they told me before. They emailed me back and said it was another 2 weeks wait. I got a surprise email saying they were shipped out July 26th it is now the first and the package isn't even tracking and I have not a clue about what's going on. Just order from somewhere else.

Easy enough order ordering process. Seemed like my order got lost in the process and the customer service was in it when i asked.

I had no lenses and it took too long to get my frames to me.

I loved this product they look very strong and resistant good price and very good quality!

Arrived and lenses inserted. Exactly as stated ordered and received. Very pleased with the service. It would have cost me 1200.00 to replace as lenses complicated and all done for 174.00

I purchased on Prime Day sales but was not given the $20.00 discount the page advertised. I tried to let them know about this quickly as soon as I was billed, but they only looked at the current price and would not lower. I will never use them again.

Great choices, great prices! The hardest part is selecting from so many great frames!
