Excellent! It was a good experience after searching the website. I was also able to use after pay. Which was the biggest factor for the purchase made it quicker.
I have ordered an eyeglass frame, which I only found out after ordering that it was coming from Europe. So the delivery time was longer than expected. But everything went well in the end.
I thought for sure I ordered the jet color. When I called told no and now I'm stuck with a color I won't use.
Service took twice as long as advertised and lenses and lenses show a glare/cloudy when looking through.
My order was easy to do. I paid for overnight shipping and did not get them overnight so I requested my money back for the overnight delivery and was refunded in 24 hours.

Picture on the website is wrong to describe Pearl and Blue. Glue from lenses was left on the frames. I have reordered the glasses in the correct color. Please send return authorization.

Great website. It was easy to access the frame I wanted. Definitely within my price range - less than my vision center. The frame arrived safely. It took a little longer than I expected to reach me but it wasn't in their readily available stock. Overall, I'll continue to search for frames from Cool Frames.

Usually when I purchase glasses it takes a while to adjust but mine adjusted immediately. Usually I'd feel pain in my eyes or have an headache when I just got a fresh pair but my eyes adjusted to these immediately, it's like they're not even on my face. I had to check to see if the prescription was in them for real. I AM IN LOVE!
