Everything worked really well on the Cool Frames side regarding my order. I only regret the Spanish customs charged me an additional $50 for importing my frames. My order required international shipping.

Found the frame matching the one that broke and my eye doctor put in the lenses.

Ordering was easy. Frames came faster than expected. They were a little crooked, but when my eye doctor put the lenses in, they were also able to adjust them properly. Very pleased with finding the style I wanted that wasn't available in stores.

Took less than 5 min to pick frames, put in prescription, measure eyes, add to cart. Even with progressive lenses. Everything was accurate when they arrived, and have enjoyed them for a week.

I was pretty excited to place an order for three glasses through Cool frames. I set up an appointment three times with the insurance department, but they did not honor the appointments. Instead, I received an email detailing discounted out of network prices, and still requested to speak with the individual. However, this did not happen nor did they contact me. I opted to just buy the frames and get my lenses somewhere else in network. The lack in customer service has turned me away from doing business with CoolFrames in the future. I'm giving this review 2 stars only because I was able to get my favorite frames.

Very good, they had the frames and were received quickly. The hard case was a Cool Frames case instead of autoflex and there was no micro fiber cloth but no problem as I have plenty of wipers and the case is fine..
