Good experience, but cost for lenses and frames not clear. Company needs to be transparent about total cost for pair of glasses

I found the exact frames I wanted and the process to order my progressive + transition lens was extremely easy! I love them and I'm planning on ordering my prescription sunglasses next!

Everything came in the mail ahead of schedule. The only (slight) downside with the service was that I had made a modification to my chosen lens shape over the phone, and they told me they'd make that update. Ultimately, that update to the order didn't make it to the factory, so I got the standard lens shape instead. It's fine, but would have expected them to call and keep me in the loop, so I could know what to expect.

The glasses arrived on time and in good condition. However, only 4 stars instead of 5 because the frame was slightly bent, and I had to go to the local Costco to have them adjust the frame. Now they are perfect, and I did not have to return them. This will be my backup pair, my old pair is already 7 years old. I get so many compliments with those, and a friend of mine ordered the exact same pair because she likes them so much on me.

Original frames were sold out. Had to follow up multiple times to find out that they were discontinued. Chose a new pair, have not received refund including 5% additional discount that I was promised. New glasses received have weird reflection issues making them seem dirty
