I ordered a frame that was listed as "in-stock" with a 5 day delivery. After 7 days I contacted customer service and was told the frame was scheduled to ship in two days. After not receiving any shipping confirmation after three days I contacted customer service again and was told the frame was not in stock and was being ordered from their supplier. Finally recived the frame 15 days after placing the order. You oviously can't trust the information on their web-site.
