I bought a Frame 10 days ago that was supposed to be delivered in not more than four business days, and additional pay for two days delivery; but after ten days, they said that I needed to wait two weeks more to start the delivery.
I'm going to complement this previous comment. As I mentioned, I had problems with this purchase, but after making my claim and being able to talk with the company representative. They were very diligent in finding the solution to my problem, they were very attentive, and after explaining the delay to me, they did everything possible to ship the item as soon as they were allowed. Unfortunately, I had to return the item when it arrived, but the company recognized the total amount paid; for the inconvenience that was caused, I thank Mr. Lee for his greater understanding, and I do not hesitate to make a purchase again on his website, which has shown me honesty and commitment.

Needed to replace my old Oakley Radarlock Path Sunglasses Lens but couldn't find the old model numbers anywhere. One email to Cool Frames Customer Service gave me the new numbers that would fit my frames (which seem to be a rare breed, not too big for my face)! New lens arrived quickly with updates along the way and was easy to install after arrival. My sunglasses look & function like new again...very awesome!

Easy enough entering my Rx. The frames I was looking for were a great price and the lab price was fair but not great though the savings on the frames made up for it and the speed of the lab turn around was amazing (2 days) wow, great job and excellent work. Loved the experience and save well over 40% compared to my local brick and mortars. So tired of being ripped off by the guys attached to my eye doctors office. Never again. I will be shopping cool frames first from now on.

I am not happy with my glasses I don't know what's going on with the lens but I can't read something in front of me, my readers which were $29 are better than the prescription glasses so I have sent the prescription off to your email address for verification purposes and we'll go from there maybe I need to get a different kind of lens I don't know I'm just disappointed cuz I was really looking forward to wearing real glasses instead of readers all the time when I need to we'll see what happens but I'm over all happy

Tried 3 days before just getting PayPal payment to go through. It finally worked when I used the sezzle payment link & then used the change payment link where I picked PayPal that it went through this way.
