I knew I wanted Kliik branded glasses, hard to find small frames like that was so happy to find them here. Only part of my Rx I didn't have was the pupil distance their camera trick seemed to work because these new glasses work perfectly. Thanks for making this so simple!
My glasses turned out perfect on my face as for fit and style. It's scary to pick out glasses without trying them on! But I am very happy. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star is it seems my close-up on the progressive bottom does not seem quite right, like I cannot use the very bottom of the lens. But I am adjusting to them.
Cool Frames has always made my eyeglasses ordering so much nicer from home than being in the optical store.

My overall shopping experience navigating online and putting my prescription was great but I am not satisfied with the quality of Gucci glasses. This is my second time using cool frames. The first time I bought prescription glasses and this second time I bought prescription sunglasses. Both glasses are very blurry and gives me a headache just trying them on. I will be returning the prescription sunglasses. If you can fix it that will be great. L lost the prescription eyeglasses when I travelled.
This is my second frame purchase but the first time I've had ordered my prescription lenses with the frames. I'm pleasantly surprised and will definitely be purchasing complete glasses again from Cool Frames!
I received my glasses within a few days of ordering them.
Order was for basic progressive 250 mag in reading. Magnification was set in sight line. Too high> Instead of getting new lenzes ordered, bent backwards to refuse to help. Stated,we warranty only if notified within ten days. Ever tried to get connected to on-line ordering customer service?
Found the frames I broke and ordered them. Immediate confirmation of purchase order and then continuing correspondence including shipping/tracking, etc. I was also able to use a code to get a nice discount.

I had went on cruise in February this year.while on the cruise I had lost my glasses,in the Bahamas which were a pair of Ted Bakers. So I went to the website and found the same one's. I'm so happy to know that I could order them again.

I paid for overnight delivery and received the glasses about 9 days later. After 8-9 days of "Processing" they finally arrived. Customer service was useless.
On line ordering was user friendly. Great selection so it was hard to choose just one pair. Delivery time was less than I expected. Thrilled with the frames especially the color. No issues with lens/prescription. Plan to wear them a lot!

Frames and Clip on Sunglasses were exactly as described and half the price I would have paid through local optometrist. Old lenses fit perfectly in new frame.
Very good. Took a few days longer to get than expected but Thanks Giving was in the middle! So overall I am very pleased.
