It seemed to take a long time to receive just frames
Terrible paid extra to not to have my glasses in Mexico but I have them now in my apartment in $#*!ing illinois during the winter. No apologies no return of my extra shipping nothing completely disappointing anyone who asks me about cool frames I will discourage them from buying from you.
The process of ordering was easy and quick. The selections great and the turnaround fast. Reasonably priced, too.
Awaiting glasses with correct prescription (my fault).
Fairly straight forward. Would be helpful to have a live chat option to be able to ask questions.
Shipping fee overnight does not mean that. I call customer service and they said no that doesn't mean the next day. So pointless to pay $30 extra.

I ordered my glasses but it took over a month to receive them cause they were out of stock of the frames I ordered when it said they were in stock
Couldn't find a good price on the Prada frames my wife & I liked. Found them on "CoolFrames" for literally Half the Price!
Had to pay $60 Duty to get them through Canada Customs, but well wirth the 3 week wait.

Quick and easy. The ordering and delivery was a very smooth process. No problems with glasses I received. I was concerned about ordering the Transition lense. It is perfect, and changes to a level of shade that is protecting my eyes in the sun situations. I would buy here again!
I have purchased three sunglasses that are amazing from cool frames and now I'm going to purchase my first prescription reading glasses and I'm sure they will be just as amazing as my sunglasses. The best place to buy any type of glasses ever.!

Great products but wasn't expecting to have to pay customs fees on prescription glasses. Haven't had to in the past.
